Playing Chess with Becca

My Thursday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by eating an orange while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating my breakfast, I then brushed my teeth before starting in with my stretches that have helped me loosen up each morning since having my last stroke. At 6:22 I then began to do my back stretches. Once I had finished stretching, I then washed my dishes and picked up my kitchen. At 6:43 I had shaved before taking my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 7:24 I then put a heat pack followed by an ice pack on my back, ten minutes each. I then grabbed my knapsack and went to the lobby to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. I had arrived at WestSide at 9:00 a.m. During my rehab session with Becca, we had played three games of chess. I wan two out of three games played. At 10:00 during I had gone to the conference room for healthy brain group. Today Becca and Kala had us playing red heron. We then played word scapes towards the end of the group. At 11:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me back. Upon my arrival at 11:20 I had started a load of wash. At 11:23 I then called my mother before going to the village green to eat my lunch. Once I hd finished eating my lunch, I returned back to my apartment at 1:00. Once my teeth were brushed, I had gone down to the front desk to ask sue to sign me up for transportation to take me to Hanaford tomorrow to go grocery shopping. On my way back to my apartment, I had put my laundry in the dryer. I then went to my apartment to lay down. I had slept from 1:25-3:25 before waking. I then folded my laundry and put it away. At 3:50 I had taken a shower before pulling up my blog and typing of my day.
