Writing a blurb to put on the back cover of my book, during a rehab session with Erin
My Wednesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then fixed myself a cup of hot cocoa to go with some fruit. At 5:18 I then fixed myself a bowl of cereal. Once I had finished eating I then began to do my stretches that have helped me during my lates stroke recovery. At 5:40 I then began to do my back stretches. At 5:22 I then brushed my teeth. At 6:00 I then shaved before washing my dish's. Once they were put away, I then took my shower and began to get ready for the day ahead. At 6:30 I then put heat and ice on my back ten minutes each. I then took two tylenol for the pain that I was having in my lower back. I then put in my eye and nose drops before using my inhaler. At 8:06, I finished getting ready. At 8:20 I then grabbed my knapsack and went to the Camden living room to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. Upon my arrived to WestSide at 9:10 I then went to Erin"s office. During my rehab session with Erin, she had helped me write a blurb to put on the back cover of my book. This will let people know a little about the book, before diving into it. At 10:00 during yoga group we did a yoga workout with Marie, following a haz-fit video. At 11:00 I then went to Priyadarshi's office for mindfulness and meditation group. After a check in of the holidays and stress, we then preceded with our mindfulness practice. Priyadarshi then ended the practices by listening to him humming. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the driver who would be taking me back. Once I had put my knapsack in my apartment, I then went to the village green to eat my lunch. I finally returned to my apartment at 1:05 after eating. Once my teeth were brushed, I then lied down to rest. I had slept from 1:10-4:50. Once I had taken a shower, I then pulled up my blog at 5:00, and began to type of my day.
