Organizing my apps during recreational therapy
My Monday Tuesday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then fixed myself a cup of hot cocoa to go with my fruit. At 5:20 after my bowl of cereal, I then washed my dishes and picked up. Once I had shaved and brushed my teeth, at 5:43 I began to do my stretches that have helped me each morning since having my last stroke. At 5:27 I began to do my back stretches. I then went to the gym so as to cycle for twenty minutes. After going 2.45 miles, I then held a calf stretches. At 6:35 I grabbed the two pound dumbbells and began to do my weight exercises. Still bing mindful of my back. At 6:7 I then returned to my apartment. Once I had taken a shower and was ready for the day ahead, at 7:10 I then put heat and ice on my back, ten minutes each. At 7:30 I began to fill my empty pill containers. After doing so, I then grabbed my knapsack and went to the Camden living room to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 8:40' I had sat in the lobby to wait for my first therapy. At 10:00 I then went to Toby's office for my recreational therapy session. Today we started the session by emailing Carol, About the template I had purchased for my book. We then followed the instructions that would help lead us to me to the link that Carol sent to me on messenger. We then tried to organize my apps. At 11:00 I then went to Sally's office for my nursing session. Sally and I first went to optometric associates to get my glasses fixed. We returend back to WestSide at 11:40. We then called Dr. Hatfield at L.A. Internal Medicine to postpone a procedure that he wants me to have. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meat Annie who would be taking me back. Upon my arrival to my apartment, I had eaten my lunch. I then brushed my teeth before receiving a call form my mother. I then lied down to rest and slept from 1:35-4:46. Once I had taken a shower, I then pulled up my blog at 5:00 and typed of my day.
