Another day of workout, rest, and whatever

 My Saturday morning began at 9:15 a.m. by making my bed. I hate to say it but I put my A.F.O. on and sneakers before going into the kitchen. At 9:25 I then ate my fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had some leftover beans and half of a grilled cheese for breakfast. once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 10:00 to brush my teeth and shave. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with both of my inhalers. At 10:20 I then began to do my stretches that I have been doing since I had my stroke. at 10:36 I began to do my easy back exercises learned from a chiropractor before continuing back exercises learned from a P.T. session at Physical Rehab. At 10:41 I began to do my new p.t. stretches before cycling for fifteen minutes. At 11:36 I then took a shower before having a salad for lunch. At 12:20 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. At 12:30 I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 4:30 before waking. I then went into the kitchen to eat dinner with my parents. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom to pull up my blog and type of my day.
