My Monday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then had a toasted biscuit with an egg cup. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom so as to make my bed. At 9:45 I brushed my teeth and shaved. At 10:00 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking two puffs of air with both of my inhalers. At 10:07 I had cycled for twenty minutes before returning to my bedroom to fold clothing in my drawers, so as to make the nice and neat. At 11:30 I then read an article or two from the Sunday paper. At 11:56 I began to do my stroke stretches. At 12:05 I did my easy bak stretches before doing back stretches I had learned from a P.T. session. At 12:30 I had gone into the kitchen to have a salad for lunch. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom at 1:00 to brush my teeth. I then lied down to rest and slept from 1:00-4:00. I then went into the kitchen to eat dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 4:30 to take a shower and get comfortable the night. aT 4:55 I then pulled up my blog and began to type of my day.
