Talking to Trever

 My Thursday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then had some scrambled eggs and a piece of toast. One I had finished eating, I then spoke to Trevor from the devision of the blind. He let me know he would be sending me some releases to sign. I had let him know I am done with P.T. I then let Trevor know that I have to see an asthma and sleep apnea specialist in Waterville. I then let hime know that I was now wearing an A.F.O. now. aT 9:45 I then made my bed. After doing so, I then brushed my teeth and shaved. At 10:05 I began to do my stroke stretches. At 12:12 I then preceded to do my easy back stretches before doing my P.T. stretches. At 10:30 I then finished my stretches. I then typed a note to Nurse Sally about my call from Trevor to get things started again. He will send a form. At 11:00 I recorded some notes that I want to bring to the polmonolgist. At 11:26 I then filled my empty pill containers. At 12:00 I then helped my father fill out an application on line to go see the chiropractor that I see. At 1:15 We had finished doing so. At 1:20 I then made myself half a sandwich. Once I had finished eating, I then called Trevor that I would like to put off working with Jorden for now the mobility specialist. At 2:08 I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 2:00 before waking. I then took a shower before eating dinner. At 5:50 I then returned to my bedroom to pull up my blog and type of my day.
