Talking to nurse Sally about speech therapy

My Thursday morning began at 7:15 a.m. by making my bed. After doing so, I then shaved and washed my hair and face. At 7:40 I began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. at 7:50 I then went into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa while eating my fruit. after doing so, I then half of a banana sandwich. At 8:06, I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs of air with both of my inhalers. At 8:20 I began to do my P.T. bak stretches. At 9:10 I then cycled for fifteen minutes. After doing so, I had spoke to my grandmother on the telephone. At 9:30 I then took a shower. After doing so, I then spoke to Nurse Sally from 10:00. We first talked about asking my P.T. tomorrow about getting the covid-19 vaccine. We then spoke about my appointment with the pomanologist Because I have been still been waking up at nights not breathing.. We then spoke about my swallowing problems that I have been having. She let me know that I could see Carina the speech therapist at WestSide over tela health. At 10:54 I then called my cousin Mark. He had let me know that both of his parents would be 89 this year. He then let me know that he made a you tube video titled "made while medicated."  He then showed me that he has a painting that my uncle painted that his aunt had that he had asked to have. He then let me know some things that his kids are doing. He then let me know that his brother Jerry retired a month ago and he is board to death. He then let me know that Jerry's daughter is a manager at a hanaford in York. At 12:00 I then ate lunch. After doing so, at noon I then had a salad for lunch. At 12:30 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 12:30-4:07. I then went into the kitchen to have a bowl of soup and a grilled cheese for dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
