My final day of physical therapy

My Thursday morning began at 8:00. I would be reminded once again that it would be another day of loss on this road towards recovery that I travel ever so slowly towards. As I make small gains along the way, I am reminded, all is not lost. Today would be my last P.T. appointment at Physical Rehab with Annie, Tamara, and Ian. . After a cup of hot cocoa and some fruit, I then had a bowl of cereal and a toasted english muffin, At 8:20 I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave. Once I had made my bed, before doing my easy back stretches. At 9:00 Dr. Seally's office had called to let me know of a medication that I could stop taking. At 9:06 I then put in my eye and nose drops in before taking in two puffs of air with each of my inhalers. I then sat down to read while waiting to leave to go to my last physical rehab appointment. Upon my arrival at 11::40 I had called and answered those dreaded questions for the very last time at Physical Rehab. For now any way. Who knows what the future may bring.  I then met Annie inside. We had gone into a room. Annie first went over my progress report. She then tested my balance as I stood with my feet close together. I had my A.F.O. on of course. She first had me stand up and sit down. Then while standing, she gave me some light pushes in each direction. She then had me walk up and down the hallway. At 11:30 before leaving Annie let me know if I have any problems do not hesitate to call. I then was on my way for now. I had arrived home with my father at 11:50 a.m. While watching the news at noon I had eaten my lunch. At 12:45 I then brushed my teeth At 12:50 I then lied down to rest and slept until 4:24. Once I had taken my shower, I then had a bowl of soup for dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 5:00 to pull up my blog and type of my day.
