My Saturday morning began at 9:30 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to eat my fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. After doing so, I then had eaten an egg cup with half a toasted bagel for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 10:05 to brush my teeth and shave. At 10:26 I then made my bed before putting in my eye and nose drops. Once I had taken in two puffs of air with both of my inhalers, at 10:37 I had shoveled the snow off of my deck. At 10:47 I had gone back inside to cycle until 11:03. After a fifteen minute ride, I then had returned to my bedroom at 11:08 to start doing my stretches that I have been doing since having my last stroke. At 11:26 I then began to do my my easy back stretch's that I had learned to do from a chiropractor. At 11:26 I then began to do my back stretches I had learned during a P.T. session at Physical Rehab. At 11:45 I had taken a shower before putting heat on my ankle while laying down. I had gone to sleep at 12:10 and slept until 3:10 while laying there. Once I was up, I had gone into the kitchen to eat dinner. I then returned to my bedroom to pull up my blog and type of the days events.
