My Saturday morning began at 10:15 a.m. by going into the kitchen to drink a cup of hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then had a slice of french toast. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom at at 10:45 to brush my teeth. At 11:00 my father gave me a haircut. Once my ears were lowered, I had returned to my bedroom at 11:18 to take the sheets off of my bed. At 11:21 I began to do my back stretches. At 11:30 I then made my bed with clean sheets. At 11:31 I then did my stroke stretches. At 11:50 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 12:08 I began to work my upper body. Once I had finished my workout at 12:10 I then shaved. At 12:25 I had put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 12:30 I then filled my empty pill containers for the week ahead. At 12:45 I then cleaned my bathroom At 1:15 I had finished doing so. I was then feeling tired, so I lay down to rest and slept from 1:47-4:00. Once I had taken a shower and clean for the evening, I then went into the kitchen at 4:14 to eat dinner. I then returned to my bedroom at 4:50 to blog of my day.
