My Thursday morning began at 8:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen to have a cup of cookies and cream hot cocoa while eating my fruit. After doing so, I then at 8:07 had a bowl of cereal with banana, along with half of a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I returned to my bedroom at 8:30 to brush my teeth. At 88:35 I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 8:57 I then made my bed before starting in with my back stretches. At 9:15 I then went into the kitchen to start the dish washer. At 9:19 I then washed some dishes that were in the sink and not made to be put in the dishwasher. After doing so, At 9:28 I then returned to my bedroom to continue doing my back stretches. At 9:30 I then began to do my stroke stretches. Once I had finished with my stretches, at 9:35 I began to do my upper body weight exercises. I then strapped on my ankle weights and did my leg exercises. At 9:45 I had finished my workout. I then filled my empty pill containers for the week. At 10:36 I had put all of my pill containers away At 10:45 I went outside to shovel the deck. Once I was finished, I went inside to get an icepack and went to my bedroom to lay down on my bed while watching the news at noon. At 12:05 mother arrived home from work with two shamrock shakes. I loves those this time of year. I drank half of one before returning to my bedroom at 12:20 to brush my teeth. I then took two tylenol before laying down to rest. I slept from 12:25 until 3:25. I then played a game of cribbage with my mother. I skunked her, so theoretically I won two games. At 4:15 I then ate dinner After doing so, I then returned to my bedroom at 4:43 to blog of my day.
