My Saturday morning began at 9:30 a.m. by going into the kitchen to drink a cup of hot cocoa while eating my fruit. After doing so, I then at 9:43 had two brown sugar muffins that my mother had just made for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then retuned to my bedroom at 10:00 to brush my teeth and shave. After doing so, I had put in my eye and nose drops before taking two puffs of air with my inhaler. After doing so, at 10:14 I had taken the sheets off of my bed, and then made it with clean ones. At 10:57 I began to do my stroke stretches. At 10:41 I then did my back stretches. Once I was all loosened up, I began to work with my weights. I started with my upper body routine exercises. At 11:10 I then strapped on my ankled weights and began to do my leg exercises . At 11::15 I had completed my workout for the day. At 11:25 I then read an article. At 11:45 I then watched Sunday Mass. At 12:15 Mass ended, so I had played a game of cribbage with my mother while drinking an blueberry soda. At 1:00 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:09-3:45. Once I was up, I then took a shower so as to get comfortable for the eveing. At 4:00 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day, before eating homemade pizza and salad for dinner.
