Meeting Emily a new rehab tech

 My Wednesday morning began at 6:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen so as to drink a cup of hot cocoa while eating some fruit. After doing so, I then at 6:24 had a bowl of cereal with banana and slice of toast with jam. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 6:43 to brush my teeth and shave. After. doing so, I began to do my back and stroke stretches. After doing so, I then my upper body weight workout before strapping on my ankle weights to work my legs. At 7:07 I then shaved before taking a shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead. At 7:20 I then put on my shorts, t-shirt and sweat suit. At 7:00 I had put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. While waiting for my ride to arrive, I watched the news. At 8:30 I had left the house. At 9:30 I had arrived at WestSide. I sat in the lobby until 10:00. At 10:00 I then went to the computer room with Sam for recreational therapy session, so as to work on putting description for each picture in all of the chapters. At 11:00 I then went to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan . Today we began the session by walking two laps around the outer hallway of the gym and dining area. After doing so Dan had me twenty minutes on the Nu Step. After talking it over with Caryn they bumped it up from level three to level four. After twenty minutes and .89 mile, I then went into the parallel bars. Once Dan had strapped the gate belt around my waist. My legs felt like rubber. Once in the bars, I began to do my leg exercises. At 12:00 I then went into the kitchen to eat lunch. At 1:00 I then went into the conference room for chess group. We had another client join the group today. he and the other client played while I played my last game with Keileigh. and she won. Although, I had her at one point. Keileigh will be  She taking another position .A new rehab tech sat in on the group named Emily. on  to do some training before she officially starts. At 2:00 I then went into the craft room for poetry group with Skylar. Today she had us write writing a poem on fear. She then had us write a poem with the words Truth, Heart, Wind, and Man in it. At 3:00 I then went to the lobby to meet my ride home. I arrived home at 4:20. Once I had taken a shower and was comfortable for the evening, I then ate dinner. At 5:06 I then returned to my bedroom to blog of my day.
