Making up new stretches in stretching group with Dan

 My Friday morning began at 5:30 a.m. by going into the kitchen to eat some fruit while drinking my hot cocoa. At 5:40 I then had an omelet with cheese in it with a banana. Once I had finished eating and had drank my orange juice, I then returned to my bedroom I then returned to my bedroom at 6:02 to brush my teeth and shave. At 6:12 I began to do my back stretches. At 6:23 I then took a shower, so as to get ready for the day ahead. Once I was dressed and ready to go, I then put in my eye and nose drops before taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler. At 7:00 I had listened to my audio book, while waiting for United Wheelchair to arrive. At 7:30 United Wheelchair had arrived, so as to take me to WestSide Neuro Rehab. Upon my arrival at 8:30, I had sat in the lobby for thirty minutes waiting to go to the conference room for games group. Today I first played a trivia game called "All Of Us." We had broken up into teams to answer trivia questions, if we did not know any of the questions on the card, we then said, pass. While playing the game at 9:30 we heard saw lightning strike, then heard a clap thunder. It then began to down poor for a brief moment, weird. We then continued to play the game. The score ended up in a tie. At 10:00 we took a break before playing a different game. I played chess with another client that is in chess group with me while the others played kings in the corner. At 11:00 I then went to the gym for stretching group with Dan. Myself and another client began to name off some stretches to do. with Dan, while making up some new ones along the way. At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet the United Wheelchair driver who would be taking me home. After dropping another patient off along the way, I finally arrived home at 1:30. Once I had something to eat, I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I has slept from 1:45-4:12 before waking. I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening before eating dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom at 4:53 to blog of my day.
