My Friday morning began on this ground hogs day 2023 at 9:35 a.m. by going into the kitchen to eat my fruit while drinking a hot cup of cocoa with marshmallows. I always put them in. Once I finished doing sos, I then had a bowl of granola cereal with banana with half of an english muffin with peanut-butter. Once I had finished eating, at 10:06 I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. After doing so, I then put in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then made my bed. At 10:25 I began to do my back stretches. At 10:50 I then continued with my stroke stretches. At 11:00 I began to do my upper body workout with weights. At 11:04 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. Once I had finished my workout, at 11:18 I then put an icepack on my back. At 11:45 I took all my pill containers out with my medications and fill my empty pill containers for the week ahead. At 12:00 I then watched the news at noon before taking a rest at 12:30. I slept until 3:00 before waking. Once I had taken a shower and was comfortable for the evening, I sat down to blog of my day before eating dinner.
