Chatting with a friend

 My Saturday morning began at 10:30 a.m. by making my bed. After eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot tea, at. 10:53 I then had a bowl of cereal with banana along with two slices of corn bread with honey on it. At 11:15 I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I then at 11:42 began to do my typing exercises. At 12:00 I then put some clean laundry away before shaving. At 12:20 I then cleaned my bathroom. At 12:55 I then did my back stretches. At 1:15 I then did the stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 1:35 I grabbed my dumbbells and began to work my upper body. Ar 1:40 I then grabbed my handgrips and squeezed them five times for thirty seconds. At 1:50 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 2:00 I then ended my workout with another round of back stretches. At 2:19 I then began to do my I then iced my back and legs. At 2:45 did my typing exercises. At 2:55 I then chatted with a friend. At 3:00 I then did my constant therapy. At 3:38 I had eaten my salad. At 3:56 I then ate my dinner. At 4:40 I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 5:00 I pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
