Icing my shins

 My Monday morning began at 9:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot cocoa. At 9:30 I then had a slice of toasted corn bread with scrambled eggs. Once I had finished eating, I then at 9:55 brushed my teeth At 10:00 I then changed the sheets on my bed, thus making it. After putting in my eye and nose drops in at 10:20 I then began to do my constant therapy. At 10:15 I began to do my typing exercises. At 10:52 I then called United Wheelchair to see what time that I would be picked up tomorrow. At 11:12 I then grabbed my dumbbells and began to work my upper body. At 11:17 I then had used my handgrips squeezing them five times for thirty seconds each. At 11:20 I had strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 11:28 I then ended my workout by doing my back stretches once again. At 11:37 I then iced my back and shins. At 12:00 I then lied down to rest and slept until 2:50. After taking my shower and getting comfortable for the rest of the day, at 3:10 I then ate my salad. At 3:10 I then had eaten my dinner. At 4:15 I then blogged of my day.
