using my icepacks

 My Saturday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot apple cider. After doing so, I then at 10:30 had an egg, a slice of toast and sausage along with some bannana. Once I had finished eating, at 11:00 I had brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 11:15 I had made my bed. At 11:28 I then shaved. At 11:30 I then filled my empty pill containers for week ahead. At 12:05 I then called the pharmacy to order two scripts that I was running low on. At 12:22 I then I used icepacks on my shn's. After doing so, at 12:54 I then did my typing exercises. At 1:00 I then did my constant therapy. At 1:11 I began to do some more typing exercises. At 1:20 I began to do my back stretches. At 1:30 I then did my stretches that I have been doing since I had my stroke. After doing so, I had grabbed my dumbbells and began to do my upper body exercise. At 1:50 I then strapped my ankle weights on and began to do my leg exercises. At 1:55 I then wrapped up my workout by doing another round of back stretches. At 2:00 I lied down to rest and slept until 3:50. After eating my salad and Italian sandwich, at 4:30 I had brushed my teeth before taking a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
