Doing my typing exercises

 My Friday morning began at 12:50 a.m. by waking to migraine headache. After taking two tylenols, I then eventually went back to sleep. I slept until 6:00 before awaking so as to take my seizure medication. I then went back to sleep until 10:00 a.m. After eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot apple cider. At 10:20 I then had a banana sandwich with peanut-butter and Nutella spread. At 10:30 I then brushed my teeth before putting my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 10:50 I then put some clean laundry away. At 11:00 I began to do my typing exercises. At 11:22 I began to do my constant therapy. At 11:35 I went back to doing my typing exercises. At 11:45 I then did my back stretches. At 12:00 I then watched the news at noon. After shaving, I then did the stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 12:33 I grabbed my dumbbells to do my upper body exercises. At 12:40 I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to do my leg exercises. At 12:45 I then used my hand grips squeezing them five times for thirty seconds each. At 12:55 I began to do my thera band exercises as a cool down for my arms and legs. At 1:00 I then lied down to rest and slept until 3:00. After taking a shower, so as to get comfortable for the rest of the evening, I then at 3:21 had eaten my salad before eating dinner. At 4:20 I then brushed my teeth before blogging of my day.
