WOW! What an exciting day!

 My Friday morning began at 10:20 a.m. making my bed. At 10:32 I then ate my fruit while drinking cup of hot apple cider. After doing so, I then had a ground up pork chop and grilled cheese sandwich with some vegetable chips and banana on the side. Once I had finished eating, I then at 11:15 brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 11:27 I then began to do my back stretches. At 11:35 I then began to do the stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 11:45 I then began to do my typing exercises. At 12:25 I began to do my constant therapy. At 12:40 I began to do my typing exercises. At 1:02 I then iced my back and shins. At 1:37 I then did my back stretches. I then At 1:30 I had I then did my back stretches. At 1:37 I strapped my ankle weights around my legs and began to do my leg exercises. At 1:40 I then grabbed my dumbbells and began to do my upper body workout. At 2:10 I then did my typing exercises. At 2:40 I then shaved before taking a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening. At 3:15 I then ate my salad. After doing so, I then ate my dinner. At 4:30 I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
