My Saturday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by making my be. At 10:10 I then had a cup of tea while eating my fruit. At 10:26 I had a slice of toast with home-fries, scrambled eggs, and some banana. Once I had finished eating, I then brushed my teeth before putting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, at 11:16 I then began to do my typing exercises. At 12:02 I then did my back stretches. At 12:25 I then cleaned my bathroom. At 12:50 I had shaved before icing my back and shins. At 1:30 I then continued with my typing exercises. At 1:52 I then did my constant therapy. At 2:07 I then grabbed my dumbbells to worked my upper body. At 2:15 I then strapped on my ankle weight and began to do my leg exercises. I ended my workout with my back stretches once again. At 2:36 I then used my hand grips At 2:40 I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the rest of the day. At 3:36 I then ate dinner before. After doing so, I had pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
