My Saturday morning began at 10:00 a.m. by making my bed. At 10:15 I then ate my fruit while drinking a hot cup of tea. At 10:20 I then had two popovers. At 11:03 I then did my typing exercises. At 11:30 I then began to do my constant therapy. At 11:50 I then did my back stretches. At 12:23 I had filled my empty pill containers. At 1:20 I then grabbed my dumbbells and began to work my upper boday. At 1;25 I then strapped my ankle on, and began to exercise my legs. At 1:31 I then I had grabbed my hand grips and squeezed then five times for. Thirty seconds each.At 1:35 I then did my thera band exercises. At 1:43 I then ended my workout with another set of back stretches. At 1:50 I then cleaned my bathroom. At 2:07 I spoke to a friend for a while before going on face book. At 2:40 I then ate my salad before eating my dinner. At 4:20 I then took a shower, so as to get comfortable for the evening before pulling up my blog and typing of my day.
