Doing my typing exercise's

 My Friday morning began at 10:20 a.m. by eating my fruit while drinking a cup of hot apple cider. At 10:40 I then had a dropped egg on toast along with some banana. Once I had finished eating, at 10:50 I had brushed my teeth before puting in my eye and nose drops. After taking in two puffs of air with my inhaler, I had made my bed. At 11:10 I began to do my back stretches. At 11:36 I then began to do my stretches that I have been doing since having my stroke. At 11:45 I then shaved before watching the local at news. At 12:30 I then began to do my constant therapy. I then continued with my daily typing exercises. At 1:55 I then I then began to work my upper body with by doing my weight exercise routine. At 2:00 I the had used my hand grips squeezing five times for thirty second each time. At 2:05 I then did my thera band exercises working my arms and legs. At 2:20 I then worked on a word search puzzle. At 2:30 I then took my shower, so as to get comfortable for the rest of the day. At 2:50 I then ate my salad. At 3:15 I had eaten my dinner before continuing with my typing exercise's. After doing so, I then pulled up my blog and typed of my day.
