Back on track

I began my Thursday morning at 6:30 a.m. by eating a bananna and peanutbutter sandwhich for breakfast. At 7:00 I then brushed my teeth before beginning my stretching and weight routine. Once I had finished exercising, I then took my shower thus getting ready for my day ahead. At 8:15 I then began a load of laundry. Once it was done, I then hung it on the rack to dry. Upon my arrivel to WestSide, I meat with Brian to talk about things that went on during the week and positive outcomes for each day. At 11:00 I then had P.T. with Amanda. I first took my brace off. Amanda then had me use my inhaler. She then strapped a gate belt around me around my waist. We then took off walking on the bottum floor at WestSide, taking breaks on every two laps. After about six laps around we then went into the gym so that I could lay down on a mat. Amanda then did some exercises with me. Leg raises, pressing the back side of my knee into the mat, ect. At 12:00 I then went to the dinning area to eat my lunch. At 1:00 I was on way back home on United. Wheelchair. Upon my arrivel home at 2:15 I immediatly jumped on the swin air dine to ride for thirty minutes. At 2:55 I then went to my bedroom to begin my stretching and weight routine. After my shower I then took a reading with my peak flo meter. 450, 490,500. At 5:00 I then talk to a friend on the telephone til 5:30. I then went to the kitchen to eat dinner. After dinner I then went to my bedroom to blog, Thus soon calling it a day. First I ook one more reading wigt my peak flo meter. 470,500,460.
