gasp free during P.T. the inhaler really worked

I began my Monday morning at 5:00 a.m. by stretching and doing my weight exercises for an hour while drinking my hot cocoa. Before going out to the kitchen to eat my breakfast, I took a reading with my peak flo meter. This mornings numbers were; 440, 450, 470. Once I had eaten my breakfast, I then went back to my bedroom to take a shower and get ready for my day ahead. United had then soon arrived to transport my to WestSide. Upon my arrivel for my 9:00 a.m. appointment Dan who was covering for Amanda had me do three timed trials on the tredmill. First I had to use my inhaler. Believe it or not it really works. I did not have one attack the entire workout. Oh, at times it felt like one was coming on, but it stop. Once I had finished with the tredmill, Dan then had me in the parallel bars doing knee bends, raises, and squats. After P.T. I then went to the dining area to eat my snack. At 10:30 I had a support session with Deb. Together we questions they had gone over in last Wednesdays support group. After meetint with Deb I then had my case management time with Piper, before going home. Upon my arrivel home at 12:05 I immediatly jumped on the swin air dine for thirty minutes. I then spoke to my father briefly on the phone before starting a load of laundry. I then went to my bedroom to do my weight exercises both leg and arm. Once I had finished with my stretching exercises, I had sat down to eat my lunch. At 1:20 I then took a shower before laying down to rest. I had slept from 2:00 until 4:30 before getting up to play a couple of games of cribbage with my mother. I then went into my bedroom to blog before eating dinner. A days end, yahoo!
