Shoveling the deck is a work out within itself
I began my Friday morning at 8:15 a.m. by taking a reading with my peak flo meter. 510, 490, 510. I then sat down at my computer until 9:20. Once I had finished typing I then began a wash. Once I had the load of laundry going I then began to exercerise. First the swin air dine. After a thirty minute work out, I then went to my bedroom to do my stretching and my weight work out both legs and arms. I then talked to my friend Greg on the telephone for about ten minutes before starting a load of laundry. Once I had washed my hair and face to freshen myself I then watch the 12:00 news, while washing the dish's. I then did another reading on my peak flo meter before hanging the laundry to dry. This time the numbers were 500,500,500. After putting my laundry away. At 12:15 I then went outside to shovel the deck until 1:15. I then went inside to take another reading with my peak flo meter. This time the numbers were 480, 490, 490. At 1:30 I lied down to rest until 3:45. Once I was up I began to stretch and do my weight exercises until 4:45. I then took another reading with my peak flo meter. 490, 490,480. Once I had taken my shower to get comfortable for the night, I sat down to a nice warm bowl of clam chowder for dinner. I then went into my bedroom to blog before. calling it a day.
