Talking about Recovery in Support Group

I began my Wednesday morning at 8:00 a.m. by taking an peak flo meter reading. 500,480,500. I then went downstairs to ride for thirty minutes. While I was downstairs I folded laundry that was dry on the clothing rack. I then hung a load that was in the washer to dry, before going upstairs to eat my breakfast. Once I had eaten I then washed some dish's before leaving to go to WestSide. At 11:30 Sam from United arrived to pick me up. Upon my arrivel to WestSide it was 12:00 noon so I went downstairs to the dinning area to eat my lunch with others. Once I had finished eating I then went to the lobby with other clients to wait for the start of support group at 1:00. I then gathered in the conference room with Dee Dee, Todd, Denise, and bill to share what was on our minds with Deb and Diana. Once we had checked in We then all read the recovery card allowed together. We then reviewed what steps you are willing to take to recover. We then talked about what you expect your life to be like now. We also talked about when is doing the best good enough. We also talked about, how can you feel o.k. just the way you are. I arrived home at 3:15. Once inside I immediatly got on the swin air dine for thirty minutes. I then went to my bedroom to stretch and do my weight exercises. After my shower I then took a reading with my peak flo meter; 500,500,500. I then went to the kitchen at 5:00 to eat my dinner with my parents. After dinner I took my final reading of the day. 480,480,490. At 6:30 I then reviewed my blogs to find two positives for each day to go over with Brian tomorrow. I then called it a day.
