Keeping Track and You Don't Turn Back

I began my Thursday morning at 6:00 a.m. by eating my breakfast. I had molasses and toasted biscquits. Once I had finished eating I then went to my bedroom to stretch for thirty minutes. At 7:00 I then took a peak flo reading: 470, 450, 450. I then took my shower thus getting ready for my day ahead. Upon my arrivel to WestSide for 10:30 I meet with Brian to discuss things. He has me keeping track of things on my Ipad. At 11:00 I had p.t. with Amanda. Today she had me doing three trials on the tredmill. First I used my inhaler, which helped out a great deal. My first timed trial Time- 8:49, Distance- 0.319. Second timed trial Time-5:23, Distance- 0.197. Third timed trial- Time 4:19 Distance 0.155. After I had finished p.t. I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch with others. Once I had finished eating I then went to the lobby to wait for United to arrive to bring me home. I arrived home at 2:15 thus jumping right on the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 2:45 I then went to my bedroom to do my weight exercises. Both leg and arm. At 3:00 I then began to stretch. While doing so I received a telephone call from my sister. we talked briefly I then continued to stretch. Once I had finished exercising I then took an air flo reading 450, 460, 450. I then filled my pill containers for the week ahead. After my shower I then sat down to blog before going into the kitchen to eat dinner at 5:00.
