Once I had finished my exercising I then took a shower thus getting ready for my day ahead. At 8:20 I then started the dishwasher before leaving to go to WestSide. Upon my arrivel to WestSide I began my day with P.T. Today Amanda had me do three trials on the Tredmill. My first trial I did one lap, one-fourth mile, 2.025 calories. Second trial I went a little over one lap, .262 miles, 29 calories. Third trial I did three laps, it average out to be three laps,0.254, 23.5 minutes, two miles per hour. At 12:00 I then ate my lunch downstairs in the dining area with others. At 1:00 during support group Denise, Todd, and talked with Deb about Acceptance, We then read the recovery card, as a group. We then talked about what it means to accept where I am right now in my life. A possitive thought for the day. Amanda said I would run again someday.
