keeping up with those air flo readings, check!

I began my Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. by going out to the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa while my mother had made french toast for breakfast. While waiting for the french toast I had some fruit and fruit dip. Once I had finished my breakfast I then went to my bedroom to brush my teeth before taking my first air flo reading. 470, 480, 420. At 10:15 I then went downstairs to ride for thirty minutes. I then went to my bedroom to do my weight exercises both leg and arm. At 11:00 I then began to stretch. I did so for fourty minutes. At 11:40 I then changed my bed, thus taking off the sheets putting on the new. At 11:50 I then took my shower. I then took another air flo reading before laying down to rest. This time the numbers were 490, 460, 470. I had slept from 12:30 until 3:30 before getting up to begin exercising again. I first road the swin air dine from 3:30 until 4:00. I then went to my bedroom to do my weight exercises for thirty minutes before I began to stretch. At 4:50 I then went to the kitchen to eat trisquits with a ham spread. At 5:00 I then took my shower getting comfortable for the night. At 5:10 I then took my final air flo reading of the day. 480, 510, 510. I then went to the kitchen to eat dinner with my parents, before going to my bedroom to blog at 6:00. I soon then called it a day.
