Making chocolate brownies during baking basics
I began my Monday morning at 6:00 a.m. by doing my upper and lower weight exercises. At 6:15 I then began to do my stretching. At 7:00 I then took my first air flo reading; 490, 470, 500. I then went to the kitchen to eat pancakes for breakfast. At 7:25 I then went back to my bedroom to brush my teeth before going downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. I then went to my bedroom to take my shower and get ready for my day ahead. At 8:30 I then played words with friends on my Ipad while waiting for United Wheel Chair to arrive. Sam from United Wheel Chair arrived at 9:00 to bring to WestSide. Upon my arrivel for my 9:00 a.m. Support Session appointment with Deb, she and continued to plan my trip to the blind camp in Tennessee. Today we went over things like cost of transportation from the airport to the camp of which I have to find out about as soon as I get the application back. We then went over the $35.00 registration fee, ect. At 11:00 this morning I was put in Baking Basics to fill the void of my P.T. time. Dan was out today. During baking basics group Sue and I made chocolat brownies with Nichole. Once the brownies were made we then discussed the plan for next week. We came up with three cheese pesto pizza. At 12:10 I then stayed in the dinning area to eat my lunch. At 1:00 I then had case management with Piper. Today we talked about how my theropy at WestSide is going and the voc meeting I recently had. At 1:15 Frank from United took me home. I arrived home at 2:30. Once Inside I immediatly lied down to rest. I had slept for two hours before getting up to do my stretching and weight routine. At 5:10 I then put my laundry away before taking an air flo reading; 470, 440, 480. At 5:15 I then took my shower before going to the kitchen to eat dinner. I then took another air flo reading before ending my blog. 470, 490, 500.

Don't let the bird out of the roost
I began my Sunday morning at 7:30 a.m. by doing my stretching routine. At 8:20 I then took an air flo reading; 470, 470, 460. I then went to the kitchen to eat pancakes for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then went back to my bedroom to finish my stretching. At 9:00 I then began to do my weight exercises. At 9:15 I then took my shower, thus getting ready to go to church. At 10:10 I then left to go to church with my mother. Once church had let out, we then went to visit my grandmother at the Pierce house. We soon arrived home at 12:00 noon. Once I was inside, I continued by signing my mothers day cards. At 12:15 I then filled my pill containers for the week. I then called the pharmacy to order medication. At 12:50 I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 3:45 before getting up to go ride the swin air dine. I had rode it for thirty minutes before going back up to my bedroom to do yet again my weight exercises and my stretching. At 5:10 I then took my shower. At 5:30 I had called my grandmother to chat for a bit before eating my dinner. Tonight chicken ala king was on the menue. At 6:10 I then went to my bedroom to blog, soon then calling it a day. First I had taken my final air flo reading of the day; 500, 490, 480.

cleaning and organizing my closet and drawers
I began my Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. by going into the kitchen to eat scambled eggs and toasted muffins for breakfast. Once I had done so, I made my way back to my bedroom to brush my teeth, then take my first air flo reading of the day. 480, 480, 500. I then went over to my bed to take off the sheets and put clean ones on. I then brought the dirty sheets downstairs to the wash room. While down there I rode the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 10:30 I then went outside to get the newspaper. Once I was back in my bedroom at 10:35 I then began to do my weight exercises, both leg and arm. At 11:00 I then began to do my stretching. I then put clean sheets on my bed, thus making it. I then dusted my bedroom before taking an air flo reading at noon. 500, 460, 530. The lungs are getting mighty strong, but not strog enough yet. I then cleaned and organized my drawers and closet. At 12:50 I then had lunch before laying down to rest at 1:00. I was so tired, I had slept until 4:00. I then got up and began to fold T-shirts. Before doing so I had given my grandmother a call. After folding and organizing T-shirts for two hours, I then took my shower at 6:00, Then eating dinner at 6:30. My mother had made her fish chowder.
At 7:00 I then went to my bedroom to blog, brushed my teeth and was in bed by 7:15. First I took another air flo reading: 410, 490, 500. I am exhausted!

Busy Day at the Ranch.
I began my Friday morning at 7:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat breakfast with my mother and my sister. My sister had brought several different breads with her, so we toasted them up. I was up early to say buy to my sister before she left. At 8:00 I then returned to my bedroom to do my upper weight exercises. I then took my shower my shower. Once I was ready I then took an air flo reading; 400, 510, 440. I then called Dr. Augers office to see if my paper work had been signed by him yet. The receptionist had told me he wasn't in today and to call back next week. At 8:30 I then began to do my stretching. I had done so for fourty-five minutes before going to the wash room to start a load of laundry. Once I had done so I then rode the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 9:25 I had taken my sisters dog Pepper outside for a bit, before going back in to hang the laundry. At 10:00 I then started another load of laundry. There is so much laundry to do, because my dad had cleaned the camp and brought home all the sheets and bed spreads to be washed. I then went to the kitchen to wash some dish's. At 10:30 I then went back to my bedroom to finish doing my stretching exercises. Once I had done so, I then hung another load of laundry to dry. At 11:00 I then took a break from the action to play words with friends. At 11:40 I then finished my stretching. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch while watching the news. I had made myself a grilled cheese. Once I had finished eating, I brushed my teeth before taking an air flo reading. 520, 510, 490. At 12:20 I then lied down to rest. I was so tired I had slept from 12:30 until 3:40. I had snacked on some grapes while talking with my mother who just arrived home from work. At 3:50 I then went back to my bedroom to do my weight exercises until 4:40. I then stretched until for fifteen minutes. After My workout I then took an air flo reading; 470, 500, 450. After taking a shower I then called my grandmother before sitting down to blog.

Meeting with Vicky my voc councelor
I began my Thursday morning at 6:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat hot cearal and toasted cheese bread for breakfast. At 6:36 I then went back to my bedroom to brush my teeth and then do my upper body weight exercises. After doin my stretching I then did my lower weight exercises. I then went downstairs at 7:30 to ride the swin air dine forfifteen minutes. At 7:45 I then took an air flo reading; 470, 460, 450. After doing so I then went to the kitchen to start the dishwasher. I then went downstairs to start a load of laundry. Once I had it going, I then went into my bedroom to get ready for my day ahead. Once I was ready, at 8:30 I then hung the laundry outsid on the clothing line to dry. Once I had done so, I then grabbed my lunch and napsack to bring to the door. United arrived at 9:00 a.m. I arrived at WestSide for my 10:30 appointment with Brian. We talked about the positive events that went on during the week. At 11:00 I then went to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan. Dan first took my blood pressure 110 over 80. Dan then had me on the Nu Step. After eleven minutes I went .76 miles, and burned 76 calories. Dan then took my blood pressure. 106 over 80. Dan then stapped the gate belt around my waist and we went outside to walk around the parking lot. After a couple times around, we then went back into the gym to do leg lifts in the parallel bars. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch. At 1:00 I then meet with Piper my case manager and Vicky my voc councelor. Vicky will be closing my case. At this time I am more focussed on my recovery. Sam from United took me home. Upon my arrivel home I unloaded the dishwasher thus putting the dish's away. At 1:15 I then took in the laundry off the clothing line thus putting it away. Once I had done so I had rode the swin air dine for twenty minutes. At 3:00 I then washed my lunch dish's At 3:30 I then went back to my bedroom to do my weight exercises, arm and leg. At 4:00 I then went to the kitchen to visit with my parents and sister. At 4:35 I then took my shower. after doing so I then sat down to watch some news before eating dinner. At 5:40 I began to get hunger, so I went to the kitchen to eat dinner. My mother had made english muffin pizza's. Once I had finnished eating I talked with my family before going to my bedroom to take an air flo reading; 460, 450, 500. I then sat down to blog.

Getting the forms signed by my p.c.p. so that I could attend National Camps for the Blind
I began my Wednesday morning at 6:00 a.m. by doing my stretching exercises. At 6:35 I then went to the kitchen to eat my breakfast. My mother had whipped me up me up a bowl of oatmeal with toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating my breakfast, I then went to my bedroom to brush my teeth. At 7:20 I then began to do my weight exercises. I then took an air flo reading; 480, 480, 500. Once I had done so I then went back to the kitchen to wash some dish's and put them away. At 8:00 I then made my way down stairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. Before heading back upstairs to take a shower, I started a load of laundry. Once I had taken a shower I then went back downstairs to hang the laundry to dry. I then grabbed my things and my lunch and went by the door to wait for United Wheelchair to arrive. At 9:30 I was then on my way. I arrived at WestSide at 10:40. I had gone downstairs to the kitchen to put my lunch in the refrigerator. I saw that the dishwasher was still filled with clean dish's in it from last nights party, which I did not attend. "To tired!" So I had emptied it thus putting away the dish's while waiting for my P.T. sessions. During P.T. Dan started by taking my blood pressure. 104 over 80. Dan then strapped the gate belt on and we went outside to do some walking. I first walked 2,000 feet before taking a rest. I then walked another 1,000 feet before going back inside to the gym. Dan then took my blood pressure once again, this time it was 104 over 74. I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch with Tina, Paul, Dan, Mat, Kay, and Denise. Once I had finished eating I then went upstairs to the conference room for support group at 1:00 with Deb and Nancy. We first read the guide lines of the group. We then read the recovery card. We then read the objectives. We then began to answere questions for week 5. How has your injury changed your life? How are you the same since before your injury? My responce was I wrote poetry then and I write poetry now. In what ways do you deny, discount, or minimize your ability? How are others effected from your illness? The most hardest question to answere. AName something you like about yours yourself? At 2:00 Sam then took me home. Along the way Sam stopped at Franklin Health Commons so that my Doctor could sign a release form saying it was o.k. to attend blind camp. I arrived home at 3;35 thus taking an air flo reading as soon as I had entered my bedroom. I then began to do my weight exercises both leg and arm. At 4:00 I then did my stretching. At 4:30 I then took my shower getting comfortable for the night. Once ding so, I then went to the kitchen to eat my dinner. At 6:00 I then sat down to blog.

My first day doing yoga
I began my Tuesday morning at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to do my stretching and weight exercises. At 5:30 I then went to the kitchen to eat my breakfast. Once I had finished, I then went to my bedroom to get ready for my day ahead. once I had done so, I then took my first air flo reading of the day; 500, 500, 500. I then gathered my lunch and grabbed my duffle bag and brought them to the door. United had arrived shortly after I had done so. I had arrived a little before 9:00 a.m. Donal, David, and I then gathered in the conference room A for yoga with Michelle and Carol. Michelle first had David, Mat, Donald, and I do some deep breathing exercises. I could not take a deep breath if you wanted me to. It was more like a pant for. A slow rappid short breath. Just another thing affected from the stroke. We then did some balance exercises with Carol. While doing so, Michelle had to be right by my side to help with my balance. Actually holding me from falling. While using the wee we worked on the yoga pose, tricept extension. We then worked on the torso twist. At this point I had to sit in a chair to do the exercises. At 10:00 I then went to Finding Meaning Group. I was the only client that was present for todays group. I had spent the session with Jennifer talking about my feelings towards, and compications towards recovery. During my break at 11:00 I went to the dining area to eat my yogurt. After doing so, I made my way back to the lobby to wait for my nursing session with Sally at 11:30. During my session with Sally, She had filled in the parts of my application to summer blind camp that she was to help me with. She then looked over thus helping me with the pain medication I am on for my headaches. We then called my primary care doctor to see if it was possible to get imformation from him over the telephone, but he would like me to show up at his office in person . Sally then took my blood pressure 124 over 84. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch before heading home. Upon my arrivel home at 1:50 I jumped right on the swin air dine for thirty minutes. Once I had finished riding, I then hung laundry to dry. At 2:30 I was feeling tired so I had lied down to rest at 2:30 and I slept until 4:00. Once I was up I began to do my stretching and weight exercises. Once I had finished exercising, I then took my shower getting comfortable for the night. I then took another air flo reading; 500, 500, 460. I then went to the kitchen at 5:30 to eat dinner with my parents. Once I had finished eating I then went to my bedroom to blog. 6:30 I called it a day!!!!!

A trip to the dentist
I began my Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. by getting up and going out into the kitchen to drink my hot coca while eating fruit with fruit dip. I then had homefries with cinnamon muffins. Once I had finished eating my breakfast, I then went to my bedroom to brush my teeth. At 9:25 I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. I then went back to my bedroom to do my weight exercises. At 9:15 I then took my shower, thus getting ready for my day ahead. Once I was ready, I then took an air flo reading. 480,500,500. At 11:00 my mother and I then left for Livermore Falls to Doctor kays for our dentist appointment. Upon our arrivel I had my teeth cleaned minus the x-rays plus the gums cheched equaled a clean bill of hygiene. At 1:00 we then left to go back home. Along the way we had stopped for lunch. We then went to hannaford to do some grocery shopping. Our final stopped on our destination, to visit my grandmother at the Pierce House. We finally arrived home at 3:15. You can not immagine what I did as soon as I walked in the door. That is right, I went straight to my bedroom to lie down. I had slept from 3:15 until 5:00 before getting up to do my stretching and weight exercises. At 6:00 I then took a shower before dinner. I then took an air flo reading. 460, 500, 500. After I had done so, I then went to the kitchen to eat corn chowder. Once I had finished eating, I then went to my bedroom at 6:50 to blog.

Watching the movie "Mall Cop" to end my day
I began my Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. by doing my weight exercises. I then continued by stretching. I then went to the kitchen at 9:00 to eat my fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. My mother had made scrambled eggs, home fries, and toassted english muffin for breakfast. Once we had finished eating we then continued to get ready to go to church. Once I was ready to go, I then took an air flo reading; 500, 510, 490. We then left to go to the 10:30 a.m. mass. After mass, my mother and I paid our weekly visit with my grandmother. At 12:00 my mother and I then went to Tranten's a local store downtown to pick up a few things before going home. We arrived home at 12:15. I went directly to my bedroom to begin filling out my application to attend a summer blind camp with the National Camps for the Blind. At 1:00 I took an air flo reading 480, 500, 480. After doing so I then continued with the application. At 1:30 I then made myself a bean sandwhich for lunch. Once I had finished eating I lied down to rest. I had slept from 1:45 until 3:45 before getting up. My mother had made me a bananna smoothy to drink while doing my stretching and weight exercises in my bedroom. At 5:00 I then took my shower getting myself comfortable for the evening. I then took another air flo reading; 500, 500, 510. At 5:10 I sat down to eat dinner with my parents. My mother had made a corn chowder for dinner. At 6:30 I then went to my bedroom to do my daily blog. Once I had finished I then watched the movie "Mall Cop" before turning in for the night.

First I had eaten some fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. At 9:50 I then went back to my bedroom to brush my teeth. I then took my first air flo reading. 460, 480, 500. At 10:00 I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. I then went back up to my bedroom to do my weight exercises both upper and lower. At 10:50 I then began to do my stretching. At 11:30 I sat down at my computer to play words with friends. At 11:40 I then took an air flo reading. 470, 400, 510. I then sat down to write Judy Brennan a letter to send in the card I send to her every year for mother's day. At 12:30 I then lied down to rest. I had slept until 2:45 before getting up to go out into the kitchen to eat some lunch. At 3:15 I then talked to my grandmother on the telephone briefly before taking a shower to get comfortable for the evening. I had started to do my weight exercises, half way through I had lost my energy to continue on. I guess at this point in my recovery doing it once per day is sufficient enough. After taking my shower I then went to the kitchnen to play a game of skip-bo with my mother. At 5:30 we then ate dinner. At 6:00 I then took an air flo reading. 530, 530, 560. At 6:00 I then sat down to watch the local news before returning to my computer to blog.

shopping around town
I began my Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. by starting a load of laundry. I then went to the kitchen to eat my breakfast. I had made myself toasted enlgish muffin with peanutbutter and honey on it along with a bowl of cereal. First I had some fruit and fruit dip. Once I had finished eating, I then picked up the kitchen. Once I had done so I then started the dishwasher. I then went to my bathroom to brush my teeth and take my first air flo reading. 450, 490, 480. Once I had done so I then got the laundry to hang out to dry. At 9:05 I then started another load of laundry. While I was downstairs I rode the swin air dine for thirty minutes while waiting for the laundry to get done. I then brought it upstairs to hang out to dry. At 10:15 I then washed my sheets. While downstairs I cleaned the bathroom, before going back to my bedroom to do my weight exercises and stretching. At 11:00 I then went back down stairs to get the laundry to hang out on the clothing line. At 11:20 my mother had called from work to let me know that she would be picking my up at 1:15 to go out with she and my grandmother to get an ice cream at Giffords. At 11:30 I then made my bed with clean sheets. I then finished my stretching. At 12:00 I emptied the dishwasher, thus putting the dish's away while watching the news. At 12:20 I took my shower before eating lunch. At 1:00 I went back to my bedroom to brush my teeth and to fill my pill container for the week. At 1:15 I then took another air flo reading. 450, 480, 480. Mom arrived home with my grandmother at 1:20. We then took a ride to Giffords to get an Ice Cream. At 1:30 we took a ride to Hannaford to do some groceroy shopping. We then took a ride over to Mt. Blue Drug to buy some cards. We arrived home at 3:30. I then helped my mother in with the groceries before laying down to rest. I had slept from 3:30 to 5:15 before getting up to take a shower getting comfortable for the night. At 5:25 I then went to the kitchen to eat dinner with my parents. At 6:05 I then went to my bedroom to do my daily blog. What a day.

visiting with my sister Barbara
I began my Thursday morning at 6:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat peanutbutter and honey on toast for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then went back to by bedroom to brush my teeth. I then began to do my weight exercises at 6:50, both leg and arm. At 7:00 I then began to do my stretching. I had stretched for fourty-five minutes before taking my shower, thus getting ready for my day ahead. I then gathered my things and brought them to the door. At 8:30 I then I then brought the load of laundry up from the wash room so that I could hang it out to dry. Sam from United wheel chair finally arrived at 9:30. Some how the schedule had been miscommunicated from WestSide to United for my appointment time, so I was little late upon arrivel. Once inside WestSide I began my day at 11:00 a.m. during my P.T. session with Dan. Dan first took my blood pressure 108 over 74. Dan then strapped the gate belt on and we went walking around the parking lot at WestSide. After four times around we went back inside to the gym. Dan then took my blood presssure once again. this time it was 104 over 70. Dan then had me doing standing exercises within the parallel bars. First I tried balancing on the square mat within the parallel bars with my arms crossed. Dan then had me look up, look right, look left, straight ahead, and so on. This is to work on my balance. He then strapped some weights to each leg before doing leg lifts back, forward, side, ect. Dan then took my blood pressure at the end of the session. This time it was 104 over 70. At 12:00 I then went into the dining area to eat my lunch before going home at 1:00 with Larry from United. I arrived home at 2:20, thus going right to bed once inside. Even though I had slept on the way home, I was still tired. I had slept until 5:00 before getting up to do my weight exercises. Once I had done so I then began to stretch. I had stretched for thirty minutes before taking another air flo reading. This time the numbers were450, 460, 450. I then took a walk up the driveway. Once I had done so I then went inside to take another air flo reading. 450, 490, 470. I then went inside to take a shower before eating dinner with my parents and sister. I then sat down to blog.

Dealing with others
I began my Wednesday morning at 6:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa while my mother had whipped me up a bowl of hot cereal and toasted english muffin for breakfast. Once I had finished eating I then went back to my bedroom to brush my teeth before doing my weight exercises, but first I had put my laundry away. At 7:30 I then began to do my stretching routine. At 8:00 I then went to the wash room to start a load of laundry. Once the wash was going, I then went upstairs to wash dish's and pick up the kitchen. Once I had taken my shower, I then went to the wash room to get the laundry to hang out to dry. Once the laundry was hung I then gathered my lunch and my napsack before going to the door to wait for United Wheel Chair to arrive. Sam was the driver who picked me up this morning. Sam kept me awake the entire ride. Upon my arrivel to WestSide I first went down to the kitchen to put my lunch in the refrigerator. I then scooted over to the gym for my 11:00 a.m. P.T. appointment with Dan. It is great that the dining area and the gym are on the same floor. During my P.T. session with Dan he started by taking my blood pressure. 110 over 76. After twelve minutes and six seconds on the tredmill Dan took my blood pressure again this time it was 106 over 76. I then continued walking until I hit fourteen minutes and twenty-eight seconds Dan then took my blood pressure again. 110 over 80. Dan then had me doing a balance exercise. While standing on an hirex cushion. Dan then had me standing on the floor doing the same exercises to help with my balance. I then went to the dinning area to eat my lunch with other clients. Once I had finished eating I went to support group in the conference room at 1:00. Denise, Tod, Tina, Pete, Dee Dee, and I first read the recovery card to start the group. We then went over the rules of the group. One of the the rules is, What is said in group stays in group. We then discussed issues surrounding week 12's topic with Deb, Lori, and Jill. "Dealing with others." Activities that help structure your time. We also discusse, who do you use as a support system? ie. WestSide, Friends, Family, Coworkers ect. We then gave a positive statement at the end of the group. I then went home with United Wheelchair. I arrived home at 3:15. Once inside I went strait to my bedroom to begin doing my stretching and weight exercises. After doing so I went downstairs to ride the swin airdine for twenty minutes. I then went out to the kitchen to eat dinner with my parents before going to my bedroom to do my daily blog.

Informing the nurse from Bayside my history of stoke during my nursing session with Sally
I began my Tuesday morning at 6:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa while eating my ceareal with a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating I then went back to my bedroom to brush teeth and take an air flo reading. The numbers for my first reading were 470 490, 500. At 6:30 I then began to do my weight exercises. both leg and arm. At 7:00 I then began to do my stretching. As I was stretching United showed up. My first appointment wasn't until 10:00 a.m. The other client in the area I guess had to be at WestSide for 9:00. So the driver went to pick Donald up and gave me a chance to get ready. He was then back to pick me up at 8:15. Off to WestSide we went. We arrived at WestSide at 9:25. Once inside I went downstairs to the kitchen to put my lunch in the refrigerator. While down there I had emptied one of the dishwashers thus putting away clean dish's. At 10:00 I then went to Finding Meaning Group. Doug and I first checked in with Jennifer the intern who was coordinating the group. Todays discussion was about How supportive others are of us and how the things they say can be hurtful. We also discussed areas of growth and weakness.We then talked about key values and what five words best describe how our life is going. At 11:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat half of my lunch. At 11:30 I then had a nursing session with sally. The nurse from Bayside was there too. We talked about my medical history of stroke. Sally then took my blood pressure. At 12:30 I then went to the dining area to finish eating my lunch before going home with the United Wheelchair driver Larry. I had arrived home at 1:45. I had gone straight to my bedroom to lay down to rest. I was so tired I had slept until 4:15. Once I was up I began doing my weight exercises. At 5:15 I then began to do my stretching. At 5:30 I then took a shower before eating my dinner with my parents. Once I had finished eating I took in the laundry off from the clothing line. I then took another air flo reading. 490, 480, 510. At 7:10 I took a pill I was prescribed for my headache before sitting down to blog.

Listening to Red Sox Baseball on the way home
I began my Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat fruit with fruit dip and drink my hot cocoa. Once I had done so I then ate my breakfast. Once I had finished eating I then went into my bedroom to do my stretching and weight exercises. After taking a shower and getting myself ready for my day ahead, I then grabbed my lunch thus going to the door to wait for United Wheel Chair to arrive. Upon my arrivel for my 11:00 a.m. P.T. appointment with Dan. I went straight to the gym to wait. Dan first strapped the gate belt around my waist and he had me walk 600 feet. He then took my blood pressure. 104 over 80. Dan then had me doing some balance exercise within the parallel bars while standing on a rubber mat. Once we had finshed with the balance exercises he then went to a mat I could lay down on to do some leg raises. Dan then took my blood pressure once again. This time it was 106 over 76. At 11:50 I quickly went into the dining area seems that it was downstairs close to the gym to eat part of my lunch. I then put my lunch back into the refrigerator before going upstairs to meet with Deb at 12:00. She and I continued planning for my trip with the National Camps for the Blind. At 12:30 I then went back to the dining area to finish my lunch. Sally the nurse at WestSide then caught me in the hall as I was going to the lobby to wait for my next appointment. She wanted to tell me to bring in the meds I was prescibed while at the hospital to look at in tomorrows session to help with my headaches. At 1:00 I then meet with my casemanager Piper. At 1:15 Sam from United took me home. Along the way we listened to the red sox baseball game. I arrived home at 2:20 and I went straight to bed. I had slept for two hours before getting up to take a shower and get comfortable for the night. At 5:00 I then sat down to eat my salad with my mother then dinner. Once I had finished eating I then went to my bedroom to blog before calling my friend Tim who also lives with a visual impairment. I first took an air flo reading. 480, 470, 470.

Doing what it takes to controle my headache
I began my Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. by stretching and doing my weight exercises in my bedroom while sipping on my hot cocoa. At 8:45 I then went to the kitchen to eat waffles for breakfast. Once I had finished eating my breakfast, I then took an Buttalbital/Acetaminophen/Ca Ffe Tab Qual, The medication the doctor prescribed to help with my migraine headaches. I then went back into my bedroom to brush my teeth and change my bed, thus putting on clean sheets. Once I had taken my shower I then cleaned my bathroom. At 10:00 a.m. My mother and I went to church. Once church was let out at 11:30 we went to pay our weekly visit to grandma. Once it was time for her to go eat dinner, my mother had taken my church clothing off I then lied down to rest. I had slept from 12:30 Until 3:00 before getting up to go downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 3:30 I then went back to my bedroom to do my weight exercises. I then stretched until 4:40. After I had taken a shower I proceeded to call my friend sara to talk for a while. I then took another air flo reading 460, 500, 480 before sitting down to start my daily blog. At 6:00 I then took a break from my blog to go eat dinner. Once I had finished eating, I then went back to my bedroom to finish blogging. Before signing off I will report another air flo reading. 460, 500, 470.

Helping my dad move the wood splitter
I began my Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. by getting up and going out into the kitchen to eat fruit with fruit dip while drinking my hot cocoa. At 9:00 I then went back to my bedroom to make my bed. Once I had my bed made I then did my weight exercises both arm and leg. At 9:15 I then took my first air flo reading; 470, 460, 470. Once I had done so I then did my stretching. I then went to the kitchen once again to eat my breakfast. My mother had made me an egg sandwhich. At 9:50 I then went back to my bedroom to brush my teeth, I then finished up on my stretching exercises. At 10:15 I then started to clean and organize my closet. At 11:30 I was feeling tired so I lied down to rest and I had slept until 3:00. I then went out into the kitchen to eat my lunch. Once I had finished eating, I then took another air flo reading; 490, 490, 480. Once I had done so I then called my grandmother. We talked for fifteen minutes, I then continued to organize my bedroom. At 4:15my father had asked me to help him move his woodsplitter. As long as I have my brace/afo on it will help give me enough leverage to push or move just about anything, because my upper body strength is good, but will get stronger on a daily basis. At 4:25 I then went back inside to do my upper and lower extremity. At 5:20 I then took my shower getting comfortable for the night. Once I had done so, I then took another air flo reading. 500, 490, 470. I then went to the kitchen to eat my mothers homemade beans for dinner. along with a cole slaw and kielbasa. Once I had finished eating I then went to my bedroom to blog. I then called it a day.

picking up meds for my head ache
I began my Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. by eating a bowl of hot cereal with english muffin for breakfast. At 8:45 I then shaved and brushed my teeth. At 9:oo I then washed and wiped dish's before making my bed. At 9:20 I then did my stretching exercises. At 10:10 I then sat down at my computer to do my blog for yesturday. After answering some messages on face book At 11:20 my mother called me from work to let me know she would be picking me up once she gets out of work. At 11:25 I then started the dishwasher. I then went to my bedroom to write a poem I had posted on my blog into the notebook of poems. Once I had taken a shower I then took an air flo reading; 460, 480,500. At noon I then started the dishwasher, but first I had eaten my lunch. At 12:30 I then took in the laundry off the clothing line and put it away. At 1:00 I then took another air flo reading; 450,460,450. I then hung the laundry to dry. At 1:30 I then went for a ride with my mother and grandmother to Wilton to get an Ice cream at the wind mill. At 2:30 I stopped at Hannaford to pick my medication for my head pain. While there my mother did some grocery shopping. At 3:10 we then left for home. We arrived home at 3:30 I then went straight to bed and I slept until 5:40. Once I was up I took yet another air flo reading. 470,470,490. At 6:20 I then took a shower before calling Stacie to let her know about my headache and to post pone our plans for tomorrow. I then sat down to eat my dinner. At 7:00 I sat down to watch a movie before doing my daily blog.

I began my Thursday morning at 6:30 a.m. by eating toasted muffins for breakfast. Little did I know this day was not going to go as well as I hoped it to. Once I had brushed my teeth, I then began to do my weight exercises. At 7:00 I then began to do my stretching. I then began to get ready for my day ahead. Once I was ready I then cleaned my bathroom, gathered my things and went by door to wait for my ride. United Wheel chair arrived at 9:30. I soon arrived at WestSide for my 11:00 a.m. P.T. appointment with Dan. After taking my blood pressure Dan had me walking on the tredmill. My first trial I walked 5:22, burning 22.0 calories thus walking 0.207 nu==miles. My second timed trial I walked for 3:24 minutes, .22 miles, 15 calories. My third timed trial I walked 7:13, .40 miles, .29 calories. During my fourth timed trial I walked 5:00, .30 miles, 21 calories. I then went on the New Step. while working out on the new step I had a migraine headache on the right side of my head. The nurse at WestSide Sally immediatly came to the gym. They then had me sitting down while waiting for the ambulance to arrive. Given my past history no one was taking a chance. Once the ambulance arrived I was then taken to St. Mary's hospital to the emergency room. Upon my arrivel I was first given an M.R.I. I was then taken to a room to start pumping medication into my system to help ease the head paine. I was then given a prescription to help with the pain that I still have. At 3:00 United Wheel Chair took me home. I arrived home at 5:30. Once I had taken my shower and had eaten a bowl of soup along with a cup of tea, I then went to bed at 7:00.

Lunch with Sue at D-n-D
I began my Wednesday morning at 6:30 a.m. by eating a bowl of hot cereal with a toasted english muggin. Once I had finished eating I then went back to my bedroom at 7:00 to begin doing my weight exercises. It took me thirty minutes to complete my routine. I then began to stretch. I then had just enough energy in me to ride the swin air dine for fifteen minutes. At 8:30 I then took my shower thus getting ready for my day ahead. Once I was ready, I then gathered my bags by the door. While waiting for my ride I watched some news. I then took my first air flo reading before leaving. 470, 470, 460. Upon my arrivel to WestSide I had my P.T. session with Dan. Dan and I started the session by walking outside on the parking lot. Once Dan had strapped the gate belt on we then took off. Once we were back inside the gym Dan had me dueing balance exercises in the parallel bars. Dan had me side stepping and right and left foot then forward. Dan then had me casting a fishing pole so as to through my weight forward and back. After my P.T. session with Dan I then meet Sue out in the Lobby. We then walked to Dunk-n-Doughnuts for lunch. Once WE had finished eating and catching up, We then went back to WestSide. At 1:00 I then had joined support group. Dee Dee, Tod Denise and I first talked about how our Easter had gone with Deb and Nancy. We then read the recovery card before starting our discussion on topics week 11 had to offer. We first talked about what help we need with daily routine after our injury; shower, dressing, organization, ect. The next question was which tasks do you need help with? How has your injury changed your goals? Once support was finished I then left to go home. Upon my arrivel home at 3:30 I had called my grandmother to make plans to go to lunch with her this Friday. Once off the phone I then began to do my weight exercises. I then stretched. Once I had finished I then took my shower before sitting down to blog. I then went to the kitchen to eat.

What recovery has been like for me.
I began my morning this morning at 6:00 a.m. by going out to the kitchen to eat my breakfast. What did I have you ask? I can not remember. Seems that I did not write it down I will not ever remember. Unless I have the same thing every day. Living with my brain injury has effected my short term memory. How do I remember enough each day to even write this blog. well at the end of each hour of my day I jot notes down in a three inch by five inch steno pad I keep in my back pocket. I am writing in it every hour on the hour. If I did not go through this process there would not be a blog. Repetition also helps me to learn the things I need to get along in my every day living. Since my stroke I had moved back in with my parents to make the heeling process a little easier, but I was living on my own prior to the stroke.
In order to learn the area in which I lived, I had to work with Occupaional Theropists, Speech Theropists, and rehab technicians to help learn the community in which I live. There were places I wanted to be able to access, like the gym, grocery store, bank, post office, and church to name a few. The O.T. had walked with to and from these destinations in order to write down directions, street names and land marks in order for me to learn my way.
I then also had worked with a rehab technician to learn the ins and out of living in my own appartment. It was the first time out on my own, so the two of went through my cupboards writing every thing down that was in each one. I then went on my computer to type up signs of the things that was in each one. I then posted the signs on each cupboard so that I could read the signs to find the item I was looking for.
Another task that had to be accomplished was the ins and outs of the appartment itself. You see I had moved into a five story appartment and on each floor were different things the building had to offer so instead of wondering around the entire building we located each one then organized it so they would be easy to access. The building had a library, chapel, and a t.v. room to name a few.
I eventually had to learn how to shop. I had spent many sessions with a rehab technician walking down the aisles of Hannaford to learn where the things were that I would normally include in my weekly shopping list. Sure the store has its own shopping guide, but to make it easier for me we personlized my own shopping guide.
That was just the begining. In order to know what I was to be eating for the week, every Monday I would sit down at my kitchen table to organize a grocery list and weekly meal plan. I would first go through my cupboards and refrigerator to see what I had and from I would begin to make my meal plan for seven days, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. using first what I had. I then made my grocery list from there. I would go through this process each week with the rehab tech and she would take me shopping.
Once I had all my living skills all in place. I needed to be indipendent in getting around. It was now time to learn how to use the city bus. I started working with a theropyst learning bus routes reading the bus schedule and so on. It was now time for me to actually to put what I have been studying to use. For about three months I would meet one day a week with a theropist to actually plan a bus route with pick up times and to chose a destination so as to practice using the city link bus. Once I had become some what familiar with the process I then joined the group of clients who were learning the bus use. This was a little longer group. It allowed you to spend time at the destination the group had chosen.I evetually had mastered the group before spending a couple more one on one sessions before evetually becoming totally independent with the city link bus. At that point I had pretty much had master on how to live independently live on my own, but there was always room for improvement
Now it was time for me to go to work. I had hooked up with voc rehab. I had done a three month job assessment at T. D. bank in the Bates Mill complex in Lewiston, Maine.There again I had to learn how to get there, how to do my job, and to know my way around in the work place. It took me a while, but at the end of the assessment I think I had mastered it. It was the perfect position I had my own work station, computer, got to know the work place and the people in the work place, but at the end of the assessment there was no job opening.
My theropy at that time went back to one day per week to five days per week to keep active and functional. I was even involve in a community intergration group. Every Monday night six of us clients would get to gether with two theropist and cook a meal. eat, clean up, and do an activity whether it be going out into the comunity or stay at the facility and do and activity. The first Monday of each month a community support group happins which is opptional.
Then it happened. Just when I had my life pretty much together I was living on my own, utilizing the community in which I live quite well, but yet to have a job. I was working on it. The day I had my third stroke. It has had its set backs but I am getting there. The day was May 2, 2011. It has not been quite a year, but close, I spent one month at Eastern Maine Medical Center then two months at d'youville rehab before being released. I have at WestSide Neourorehab services ever since and working very hard in my theropy everyday, but that is another chapter in my life. I hope this has been an insightful explanation to as what a part of my life has been for me.

Making plans with Deb to attend a summer blind camp
I began my Monday morning at 6:30 a.m. by doing my weight and stretching exercises. I then went out to the kitchen to eat my breakfast. I then went back to my bedroom to shower and get ready for my day ahead. I then took my first air flo reading 500, 490, 520. Al from United Wheelchair then showed up to bring me to WestSide. Upon my arrivel for my 11:00 a.m. P.T. appointment with Dan, he took me down to the gym. Dan first took my blood pressure before getting on the Nu Step. I road it for fifteen minutes before stopping. I was able to burn 34 calories and go .40 miles. My second trial I went fifteen minutes 76 calories and .93 miles. I have to have my blood pressure monitored daily while at WestSide. Today after exercising it was 114 over 72. Dan then strapped a gate belt around my waist and we took off walking around the bottum level at WestSide. Once we had finished walking a few laps we then went back into the gym to do some standing and balance exercises in the parallel bars. At 12:00 I then had a half hour support session with Deb. She is now helping me start to plan a trip to a summer blind camp. I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch. At 1:00 I then had a fifteen minute case management session with Piper. Al from United Wheelchair then took me home. I arrived home at 2:30. I was so tired once I was inside I had gone straight to bed. I had slept until 4:00 before getting up to take my shower. I probably would have slept right into the morning if my mother had not woke me up. After taking my shower I then filled my pill containers for the week. At 4:30 I then took another air flo reading 460, 460, 500. At 4:40 I then called a friend to make plans to go to lunch on Wednesday. At 5:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat dinner. I then went to my bedroom at 6:30 to do my daily blog.

Happy Easter Everyone
I began my Easter morning this Sunday at 7:30 a.m. by stretching and doing those weight exercises. Once I had finished with my exercises I then went to the kitchen to eat my breakfast with my sister and mother. Once we had finished eating scramble eggs and toast we then had broken a wish bone my sister and I. I guess it was my lucky day. I then went to my bedroom to get ready to go to church. Once I was was ready, my sister, mother and I left to be there for 10:30 Easter mass. Once church had let out we then went to the Pierce house to pick up my grandmother to bring her to our house for Easter dinner. We finally arrived home at noon. Once inside I played a game of cribbage with my grandmother. I can tell I am recovering from my stroke because my mother was telling as soon as I arrived home from rehab at d'youville I would have a hard time counting in cribbage now I am right back on track. At 12:40 my friend Greg called to see how my easter went. At 1:15 my sister had opened her birthday gifts. Her birthday was April 5th. At 2:00 I then lied down to rest. At 3:00 I got up to open my birthday gifts. Once I had done so we then sat down to eat Easter dinner. At 5:00 I then sat down to write out thank you cards. At 5:30 I then did my weight exercises both leg and arm. At 5:45 I then went to the kitchen to eat a piece of my birthday cake with my mother. Once I had finished eating I then went back to my bedroom to stretch before taking a shower. Once I had done so, I then sat down to blog. I then was in bed by 7:00.

Climbing those stairs is more like a work out then a challenge
I began my Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. My mother had made muffins for breakfast. I had eaten three while drinking my cocoa and glancing at the newspaper. At 9:30 I made my way back to my bedroom to brush my teeth. I then changed the sheets on my bed. I have notice an increase in my ability to do so over the year since I have been home. My biggest down fall though is my foot. It is still week and if I am not careful it tends to get caught on my bed spread while menuvering around my bed, causing me to trip. Once I had my bed made, I then broought my sheets downstairs to start a load of laundry. While I was down there I decided to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. I then made my way back up to my room to do my weight exercises and my stretching. At 10:40 I went back downstairs to put the laundry in the clothing basket to bring up to hang out on the clothing line. I still find it a challenge to hike that basket full of wet laundry, but as long as I take it one step at a time I somehow manage. To me it seems to be more of a workout. Once I had the laundry hung I then went back to my bedroom to finish my stretching. At 11:00 I then took my first air flo reading of the day. 500, 450, 460. I then continued to stretch until 11:30. After taking my shower I had taken another air flo reading at 11:45. 450, 390, 450. At 12:00 noon I was so tired after my morning workout I then went to bed and I had slept straight until 3:00. I then got up and went out into the kitchen to have a bowl of soup for lunch while talking with my mother. At 3:40 I then got my sisters birthday card ready to give to her along with the gift card inside. We then sat down to have my sister open her gifts. At 4:00 my sister and I played a game of skip-bo until 4:50. My parents, sister and I then sat down to eat home made pea soup my mother had made for dinner. Once I had finished eating I then went to my bedroom at 6:00 to blog. I then called it a day.

Oh no! I forgot again.
I began my Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. by eating cereal and toasted corn bread for breakfast. At 8:30 once I had finished eating I then made my way back into my bedroom to brush my teeth before going downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 9:00 I then went back up to my bedroom to do my weight exercises both leg and arm. At 10:00 I then began to do my stretching. Once I had taken my shower and was ready for my day ahead, I then went downstairs to start a load of laundry. While I was downstairs I picked up and cleaned, vaccuum ect. At 12:00 I took sheets from off the clothing line before hanging another load to dry. At 12:30 I then sat down to eat some lunch. Once I had finished eating I was fealing a little tired so I decided to lay down. I had slept from 12:45 until 3:30. Once I had awoke, I went out to take in the laundry. Once I had put it away I then went to my bedroom to do my weight exercises, arm and leg. At 4:20 I then began to stretch. Once I had finished stretching I got comfortable for the night before sitting down to blog. Before doing so I took an air flo reading. 510, 480, 470. Although these readings are very important to my breathing, I do forget on occassion.

Walking two trials without any breathing problems but the third trial no so good.
I began my Thursday morning at 6:00 a.m. by eating corn bread and muffins for breakfast. Once I had finished my hot cocoa I then went back to my bedroom at 6:45 to begin stretching and doing my weight exercises. Once I had taken my shower and was ready for my day ahead I then took my first air flo reading 460,450,460. At 8:00 I then started the dishwasher. I then started a load of laundry. Once I had the laundry hung to dry I then left to go to WestSide with United Wheelchair. Upon my arrivel I meet with Dr. Brian Ablitz for councelling. During my time with Brian we talked about what my future plans are once I feel that I am recovered. I then had P.T. with Amanda. She first took my blood pressure. 118 over 78. I then walked on the tredmill. First trial I walked time: 5:57 distance: 0.234 calories: 247. Second trial I walked time: 12:19 calories: 511 distance: 0.485. I was doing great up until my third trial I started to have my breathing problems and was unable to continue. At 12:00 noon I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch. At 1:00 Larry from United took me home. Upon my arrivel home at 2:10 I took in the clothing off the clothing line. At 2:15 I then emptied the dishwasher. At 2:30 I then put the laundry. At 2:50 I then went to my bedroom to do my weight exercises arm and leg. At 3:15 I then began to stretch. At 3:45 I then had a bowl of soup. I then played words with friends until 4:30. I then typed a poem to my sister on her birthday. At 5:00 I then went back to the kitchen to have some more soup. Once I had finshed eating I then took my shower getting comfortable for the evening. I then took another air flo reading before turning in for the night.

Relating to others during support group
I began my Wednesday morning at 6:00 a.m. by stretching. At 6:30 I then went to the kitchen to eat hot cereal and toasted enhlish muffin for breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I then went to my bathroom to brush my teeth and shave. I then took my first reading of the day with my peak flo meter. 520, 510, 460 I then proceded to do my weight exercises. At 7:15 I then took my shower before starting a load of laundry. Once the laundry was finished I then hung it on the clothing line to dry. At 8:40 United arrived to trasport me to WestSide. Upon my arrivel for my 11:00 a.m. p.t. appointment. My speech instructor was filling in for Dan my P.T. Amanda the P.T. who was there first to my blood pressure. 112 over 72. I then did a timeed trial on the tredmill. cal. 83, time:7:15, distance: .074. Diana then strapped a gate belt around my waist and we took the elevator up to the second floor to do some walking. We then went back to the gym to do some exercising in the parallel bars. Leg lifts, squats, ect. At I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch with others. Once I had finished eating I then went to the conference room for support group. During support group Dee Dee, Denise, and I talked about the topic for the week with Jen. This weeks topic was "Relating to others." During the group we talked about making friends, lonlyness, and how you can be a good companion. I arrived home at 3:00. Once I was settled I then took in the laundry off the clothing line. I then put it away. My mother arrived home at 3:30, I then helped her in with some groceries. At 3:40 I then went to my bedroom to do my weight exercises. I then did my stretching. At 3:40 I then took my shower getting comfortable for the night. I then took an air flo reading. 430, 500, 440. I then sat down to blog. At 5:20 I then went to the kitchen to eat dinner. Once I had finished eating I was then back in my bedroom at 5:20 to take an air flo reading 420, 470, 410. I then finished my daily blog.

Appointment at Doctor Augers my P.C.P.
I began my Tuesday morning at 6:30 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to eat my breakfast. My father had made me an omlet and toasted english muffin along with my cocoa. Once I had finished eating, I then went back to my bedroom to get ready for my day ahead. After I had taken my shower, I then took my first air flo reading of the day. 470, 450, 450. At 8:30 My father took me over to Dr. Augers for my 9:00 a.m. appointment. After my doctors appointment, Doctor Auger told he would like to see me in another four months. I then went to get a hair cut at 10:00. Once I had my ears lowered, I then went home. I had arrived home at 11:00. Once inside I had gone straight to my bedroom to beging doing my stretching and weight exercises until noon. I then watched the news before falling to sleep. I had slept until 2:45 before getting up to eat my lunch. At 3:00 I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 3:30 I then went back to my bedroom to stretch and do my weight exercises. At 4:30 I then took my shower thus getting comfortable for the night. At 5:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat dinner. My mother had made a corn bread to eat with beans and kielbasa. At 5:50 I then made my lunch for tomrrow before going to my bedroom to blog. I then took an air flo reading; 450, 490, 480 soon calling it a day.

Talking about Maine Adaptive Sports and Recreation with Tobie
I began my Monday morning at 6:30 a.m. by stretching and doing my upper and lower weight exercises. At 7:30 I then made my way to the kitchen to eat breakfast. This morning my mother had made me french toast. Once I had finished eating, I then went back to my bedroom to brush my teeth, take my shower, continuting to get ready for my day ahead. Once I had cleaned my bathroom, I then went out to get the paper. Once I was back inside I then brought the washing upstairs to be hung on the clothing line. I really like challenging myself. How else is one suppose to recover? I then went to my bedroom to take an air flo reading. 490, 400, 450. Once I had done so I got some cards ready to mail out for Easter. At 9:30 Sam from United picked me to take me to WestSide. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. Once in the building I brought my lunch to the refrigerator in the kitchen. I then went to the gym to wait for Dan to start my P.T. session. Dan first had me on the Nu Step. My first trial I went Time: 7:31 Miles .97. Second trial Time 10:00 Miles .67. Dan then strapped the gate belt around my waist and we took off walking around the lower level of WestSide. I walked four laps around averaging 650 feet. I then went to the parallel bars to sit in a chair to rest. I then proceded to do some balance exercises using a blue square piece of phome by stepping up and down, taking turns with each leg. At 12:00 I then had a session with Tobie who was filling in for Deb. We talked about involvement with Maine Adaptive Sports and Recreation summer program and what I could possibly do. I then went to the kitchen to eat lunch with others. Once I had finished eating, I then had my case management session with Piper. After talking about my programing at WestSide, Sam from United then took me home. I arrived home at 2:20. Once inside, I went straight to my bedroom to go to sleep. I slept for two hours before getting up to do my stretching and weight exercises. Like I had enough energy to do anything, but I managed to somehow. At 5:00 I took my shower, then sat down to blog before eating dinner. But first I took and air flo reading: 460, 480, 490.

Writing a letter to Father Brissette to send in an Easter Card
I began my April fools day this morning at 7:30 a.m. by stretching and doing my weight exercises. 8:40 I then went to the kitchen to eat my breakfast. At 9:30 I then back to my bedroom to take my shower and get ready to go to church. I then took my first air flo reading of the day. 500, 450, 440. I then left for church with my mother. After church at 11:30 my mother and I went to visit my grandmother and so my mother counld give my grandmother communion. After doing so my mother and I arrived home at 12:00. Once I had written a letter to Father Brissette to send in an easter card, I had some lunch before I lied down to rest. I slept from 1:30 until 3:30. Once I was up, I then went downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 4:00 I was back in my bedroom doing my weight exercises. I then stretched to finish my workout. After taking a shower, I then went to the kitchen to eat dinner. At 7:00 I was then back in my bedroom typing my blog.
