Oh no! I forgot again.

I began my Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. by eating cereal and toasted corn bread for breakfast. At 8:30 once I had finished eating I then made my way back into my bedroom to brush my teeth before going downstairs to ride the swin air dine for thirty minutes. At 9:00 I then went back up to my bedroom to do my weight exercises both leg and arm. At 10:00 I then began to do my stretching. Once I had taken my shower and was ready for my day ahead, I then went downstairs to start a load of laundry. While I was downstairs I picked up and cleaned, vaccuum ect. At 12:00 I took sheets from off the clothing line before hanging another load to dry. At 12:30 I then sat down to eat some lunch. Once I had finished eating I was fealing a little tired so I decided to lay down. I had slept from 12:45 until 3:30. Once I had awoke, I went out to take in the laundry. Once I had put it away I then went to my bedroom to do my weight exercises, arm and leg. At 4:20 I then began to stretch. Once I had finished stretching I got comfortable for the night before sitting down to blog. Before doing so I took an air flo reading. 510, 480, 470. Although these readings are very important to my breathing, I do forget on occassion.
