Talking about Maine Adaptive Sports and Recreation with Tobie

I began my Monday morning at 6:30 a.m. by stretching and doing my upper and lower weight exercises. At 7:30 I then made my way to the kitchen to eat breakfast. This morning my mother had made me french toast. Once I had finished eating, I then went back to my bedroom to brush my teeth, take my shower, continuting to get ready for my day ahead. Once I had cleaned my bathroom, I then went out to get the paper. Once I was back inside I then brought the washing upstairs to be hung on the clothing line. I really like challenging myself. How else is one suppose to recover? I then went to my bedroom to take an air flo reading. 490, 400, 450. Once I had done so I got some cards ready to mail out for Easter. At 9:30 Sam from United picked me to take me to WestSide. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. Once in the building I brought my lunch to the refrigerator in the kitchen. I then went to the gym to wait for Dan to start my P.T. session. Dan first had me on the Nu Step. My first trial I went Time: 7:31 Miles .97. Second trial Time 10:00 Miles .67. Dan then strapped the gate belt around my waist and we took off walking around the lower level of WestSide. I walked four laps around averaging 650 feet. I then went to the parallel bars to sit in a chair to rest. I then proceded to do some balance exercises using a blue square piece of phome by stepping up and down, taking turns with each leg. At 12:00 I then had a session with Tobie who was filling in for Deb. We talked about involvement with Maine Adaptive Sports and Recreation summer program and what I could possibly do. I then went to the kitchen to eat lunch with others. Once I had finished eating, I then had my case management session with Piper. After talking about my programing at WestSide, Sam from United then took me home. I arrived home at 2:20. Once inside, I went straight to my bedroom to go to sleep. I slept for two hours before getting up to do my stretching and weight exercises. Like I had enough energy to do anything, but I managed to somehow. At 5:00 I took my shower, then sat down to blog before eating dinner. But first I took and air flo reading: 460, 480, 490.
