Climbing the stairs at West Side without holding on during P.T.
I bega my Tuesday morning bright and early at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to stretch and do my weight exercises. I then took my shower and got ready before even going out into the kitchen to eat a cup of hot cereal with a toasted muffin. After doing I had brushed my teeth before grabbing my lunch and my knapsack. United had arrived shortly after. We then went to pick Donald up along the way. We had arrived to WestSide at for 9:00 a.m. We both then went to the conference room for Yoga group with Michelle and Carol. Today they had Donald, David, and I then did some stretching and breathing exercsises. During one of the exercises the spinal twist it really had put pressure on the back of my head where the concussion had occured causing pain. At 10:00 I then went to the gym for my P.T. session with Courtney. I had first walked twenty minutes on the treadmill with an incline of 3.5 at 1.9 miles per hour. I then went in the parallel bars to do step exercises. I had done three sets of ten Courtney then had me climbing the stair case. I had done this exercise three times without holding on to the rail. I then had a thirty minute break before meating with Sally for nursing. Today Sally helped me order some more elbutirall to go with my inhailer. I then told Sally of the new meds I was on. She then took my blood pressure. 126 over 72. I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch with some other clients. At 12:30 I then went back to the lobby to wait for my support session with Deb. Today Deb had helped some more with my I Pad deleting some pictuers and bringing them in closer to leave what I just wanted in the picture. At 1:00 I then had to wait an hour in the lobby for Donald to get out of his therapy before going home. I finally arrived home at 3:00 p.m. Upon doing so I had taken my shower, thus getting comfortable before sitting down to eat my dinner. I then went to my I pad to blog.
