getting in my workout
I began my Saturday on this day at 9:00 a.m. I had gone out into the kitchen to drink my hot cooa and eat some fruit. After doing so I then had two french toast. Once I had finished eating, I preceded to go to my bedroom to brush my teeth and then do my weight exercises, both leg and arm. At 10:30 I then put the weights away and then started in with my stretching. At 10:45 I then went to the laundry room to fold the laundry I had hung to dry the other day. I then put it away. At 11:00 I then started a load before riding for thirty minutes. At 11:30 I had returned to my bedroom to finish with my stretching. I then started to feel tired, so I layed down to rest. I had slept from 12:00-2:45. I then got up, went out into the kitchen to make myself some lunch. Once I had finished eating, a friend had called. We spoke briefly before I had returned to my my bedroom to read. At 5:00 I then went out into the kitchen to have a bite to eat before taking my shower at 5:20. I then sat down to blog.
