Rest up

I began my Saturday at 9:30 a.m. By going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocao and eat some fruit. After doing so I then had several pancakes for breakfast. Once I had finished eating I had put my workout clothing on. I then spent thirty minutes riding. At 10:40 I then returned to bedroom to put some clean laundry away. At 10:50 I had then continued my workout with my weight exercises. At 11:00 I then finished dusting my bedroom from yesturday. At 11:40 I then lied down to rest. I had slept til 3:00 before getting. Ever since comming home from the hospital my daily rest has essential for me to finish the day. At 3:00 I then played words with friends for fourt-five minutes before taking a shower. I then ate my dinner before calling it a day.
