Climbing the stairs with Courtney during p.t.
I began my Tuesday morning at 5:30 a.m. By doing my leg and arm weight exercises. After stretching, I then took my shower before eating my breakfast. I the went to my bedroom to pack my napsack before brushing my teeth. I then grabbed my lunch and left four WestSide. Upon my arrivel I had made my way into the conference room for yoga group. Today Michelle and Carol had Don, Dave, and I first follow a yoga workout. We then did shavasana. Which is a relaxation. At 10:00 I then went down stairs to the gym for my p.t. Session with Courtney. She first had me walk twenty minutes with an incline of 2.0 and a speed of 2.5 mph. Courtney then climbing the starpircase three times focussing on keeping my knee straight. I then did some stepping over cones. At 11:00 I had a fifteen minute break before meeting with piper for fifteen minutes for case mnagement. At 11:30 I then had my nursing session with Sally. We spoke about my headaches going over my weekly notes. We then went over ski info Lydia gave her. At 12:00 I then had lunch before meeting with deb. Deb helped me make blogging easier by using the side by side appt. at 1:00 I had left to go home. I had arrived home at 2:15. Going right to bed. I had slept til 5:00 before taking a shower. I then ate dinner before sitting down to blog.
