appointment with Dr. Emery

I began my Thursday morning at 7:45 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to make myself some hot cocoa. I then returned to my bedroom to take the sheets off of my bed so as to bring to the laundry room to wash. Once I had the wash going, I then went back to the kitchen to make myself some breakfast. Once I had finished eating, I had brushed my teeth and shaved befor eputting clean sheats onto my bed. At 8:50 I then folded some laundry that had dried, thus putting it away. At 9:00 I then had room to hang the laundry in the washer, before starting another load. At 9:30 I then went to my bedroom to stretch. I did so for thirty minutes before shifting my workout to my weights. Once I had worked my upper body, I then hung the laundry to dry. At 10:20 I then went to my bedoom to fill my pill containers for the week. After doing so I had strapped on the ankle weights then began to work my legs. Once I had finished my workout I then took my shower, thus getting ready for the rest of my day. At 11:45 I then started another load of laundry before sitting down to eat my lunch while watching the news. At 12:30 I then hung another load of laundry to dry. After doing so, I lied down to rest. I had slept from 12:45 to 2:30. My father then took me to shop to give me a haircut before taking me to see Doctor Emery for a doctors appointment. My appointment was for 4:00 p.m. I first had my blood pressure taken 108 over 76. I then met with Dr. Emery. The only problem I left with was alergy problems. After writing me out a prescription. I then arrived home at 5:00 p.m. Upon doing so I had taken a shower before sitting down to blog before dinner.
