I am a Tai Chi Master
I began my Moday morning at on this day at 5:00 a.m. by geting up to stretch. I did so for twenty minutes before turning to my upper weight exercisis, I then preceded to strap on my ankle weights and so my leg exercises. After an hour long workout, I then went out into the kitchen to hace waffles for breakfast and a banana. Once I had finished eating I had returned to my bedroom at 6:35 so as to take my shower, thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 7:00 I then put some laundry away before leaving for therapy. I then grabbed my lunch and my duffle bag and off I went. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. I had gone to the conference room for Tai Chi group with Joe. Today we focussed on our breathing, which I found myself not doing a lot of because I was so focussed at the task at hand. Thus being the balance exercises and such. Joe would often times say breath as he was instructing. It was a good thing or I probably would have passed out. HA HA! At 11:00 I then went to Baking Basics. Myself and another client had made strawberry cheesecakes with Casey and two other clients had made chocolate muffins with Susan. We then sat down to pick out a meal for next weeks group. We will be having anchalatta's with smashed coliflower with cheese. At 12:15 we then tried the cheese cakes before lunch. At 1:00 I then had my rehab session with Deb. Today we continued to practice using skype. At 2:00 I then had an hour long break, so I had taken a shower and rested. At 3:00 during social group we played scattagorries with Michelle and Casey. I had arrived home at 5:00 thus typing out my blog before dinner.
