The last walk outside for the season

I began my Friday morning at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing so, I then strapped on my ankle weights and began to workout my legs. After doing so, I then grabbed my weights and began to workout my arms. At 6:00 I then took my shower thus getting ready for the day. After doing so, I had gone out into the kitchen to eat a cup of hot cereal with a toasted english muffin. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. Once I had cleaned my bathroom, I had grabbed my knapsack and off to therapy I went. After picking another client up, we had arrived to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. I then put my knapsack into my locher. I then went to the lobby to wait for walking group at 9:30. We soon left for what could possibly be our last outdoor walk at Bates track for the season. At 10:45 Casey and Matt brought us back to West Side. Upon our arrival I went to the conference room for stretching group with Matt and Michelle. We had listened to halloween music while stretching today. At 12:00 we then went to the dining area for lunch. Cafe was serving two english muffin pizza's, A small bag of chips of your choosing. I chose dorito's. We then had dirty worms for desert. Which was a chocolate pudding with different colored gummy worms. Once I finished eating at 1:00 I then met with Tobie for my rec therapy session. Tobie and I first looked at cookie recipe's we then went for a bike ride in the neighborhood across the street from WestSide. At 2:00 Don from United brought me home. I had arrived home at 3:00, thus going straight to bed. I had slept until 5:30 before going out into the kitchen to eat dinner. At 5:30 I had returned to my bedroom to call my grandmother before sitting down to blog.
