working on my balance during P.T.
I began my Tuesday morning at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to stretch. After doing I then strapped on the ankle weights and then began to work out my legs. After doing so I then grabbed my weights and began to work my upper body. Once I had finished my morning workout, I then took my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. At 6:30 I then returned to the kitchen to have a bagel with cream cheese. Once I had finished eating, I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. After doing so I then grabbed my knapsack and lunch and out the door I went. Upon my arrival to WestSide I had put my lunch into my locker before going to the conference room for Yoga Group. Today Michelle and Matt had us follow a forty minute yoga workout. Once we had finished stretching and breathing, I then met Mat in the gym for my P.T. session. I first spent twenty minutes on the olyptical. I then continued to work on my balance. Alex and I both stood in the parallel bars playing Uno. As I was doing so, to make things challenging Alex had me stand in tandum position. Once we had finished the game, Alex then had me doing some tandum stepping in the gym. At 11:00 during my case management session with Piper. We discussed how my therapy is going. After doing so, I then took a shower before my nursing session with Sally. We discussed my medications and how my headaches are doing. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat lunch. After doing so I then met with Deb at 12:30 before going home. Today we Deb and I discussed my use of skype and how I am doing using it. After doing so I then went home at 1:00. Upon my arrival home I had gone strait to bed at 2:15. I had slept until 5:00 before going out into the kitchen to eat dinner. After doing so I had returned to my bedroom to blog at 5:30.
