Working on movement during Tai Chi
I began my Monday morning at 6:00 a.m. I started my daily routine by stretching. After doing so I grabbed my weights and began to work out. I seemed to only have time this morning to work my upper body. After doing so I then took my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. After doing so I then went out into the kitchen at 7:00 to have a cup of hot cereal and a half of a toasted english muffin. At 7:10 I then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth. I then grabbed my knapsack and my lunch and out the door I went. United Wheelchair to me straight to WestSide. Upon my arrival at 8:45 a.m. I had put my lunch into my locker. I was an hour early do to the other client they had picked up to be to WestSide for 9:00, so I sat in the lobby and read a couple of articles from the Readers Digest. At 10:00 I then made my way to the conference room with other clients for Tai Chi group with Joe the instructor and the therapists from WestSide. Joe first had us working on movement. At 11:00 I then stayed in the conference room for laughter therapy. We first named one positive thing about our week followed by a yah. We then watched intro to laughter yoga with Robert Rivers. At 12:00 I then went to the kitchen to eat my lunch with others. After doing so I had taken a shower before meeting with Deb at 1:00. Today Deb and I worked with my skype. Today Deb and I wrote out steps for me to follow to know how to video skype. We then practiced. At 2:00 I then went home with Al from United. I had arrived home at 3:45. Upon my arrival home I called a friend before sitting down to blog.
