Looking at options for presentations during Brain Injury Education Group
I began my Wednesday morning at 6:00 a.m. by going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and eat some fruit. After doing so I had a bowl of cereal and half of a toasted english muffin. At 6:15 I had returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave. I then began to stretch. I had not the time to continue with my weight workout, so at 6:50 I the preceded to take my shower thus getting ready for the day ahead. After doing so I had grabbed my lunch and my duffle bag and away I went. I had arrived at WestSide at for 9:00 a.m. enough time to put my lunch in my locker and then go to the lobby to wait to meet with Maria at 9:30 for a counseling session. While meeting We spoke about things. My assignment this week is to write a list of my current abilities and strengths. At 10:00 I then made my way to the gym for my P.T. session with Alex. Alex first started me off side stepping on a beam. After a few times he then made it a little more challenging by placing a cone on the beam for me to step over. We then went outside to do some walking for thirty minutes. At 11:00 I then went to the conference room for Brain Injury Education Group. Today we discussed possibilities of presentations, whether it be at schools, ski resorts, boarding homes, group homes, ect. We event had talked about schools having health fairs. Believe it or not our presentations are free. At 12:00 I then went to the dining area to eat my lunch with others. After doing so, I had taken a shower before going to the conference room for support group. Then feeling tired I had rested in a room while waiting for another client to go home at 3:00. I had arrived home at 4:20thus going strait to bed. I had slept until 5:40 before going out into the kitchen to eat dinner. I then returned to my bedroom to blog.
