Presenting a poem of memories to Sally the Nurse

My Monday morning began at 5:00 a.m. by getting out of bed to stretch. After doing so, I then began to do my lower weight exercises. Once I had my ankle weights strapped on, I was set to go. Once I had completed my workout, I had shaved and showered before going out into the kitchen to drink my hot cocoa and eat some fruit with fruit dip. I then had returned to my bedroom at 6:30 to brush my teeth. Once I had done so, I had cleaned my bathroom before grabbinig my knapsack and lunch. United Wheelchair then took me to WestSide. Upon my arrivel for 9:00 a.m. I had put my things in my locker and met Amethyst in the gym for my p.t. session. I first walked thirty minutes on the tredmill going one mile before going in th parallel bars to stand on the erix pad, so as to work on my balance. I then did some walking around the hallways at WestSide. At 10:00 during poetry group with Carina, We had shared our lymerricks we had written over the week. We then talked about poem structure. We then used a clients poem he had written about his inlaws, to shape into a poem. My inlaws live in a small town, with wild life running around, There are deer and moose, In their backyard, And maybe a hawk if you look real hard. We then worked on a poem about rainbows. At 11:00 I had gone to the kitchens and dining area for baking basics. Today we had made sugar cookies on the whim. Ingrediants had not been bought for our recipe this week so we had to wing it. Casey and Nichole even had us substitute eggs because there were nond. We then sat down to look up nexted weeks meal while we tried our cookies. Next week we decided on making a shepherds pie. At 12:30 I then had my lunch. At 1:00 I then had a rehab session with Deb. Today Deb and I had fixed the poem I had written for Sally the nurse at WestSide who is reiring. We had put it in a frame. I then asked Sally to come in the office that I was in with Deb, so that I could give  it to her. At 2:00 I then had taken a shower before sitting down to blog. I then had social group before going home.
