Working on balance with Dan during a P.T. session

My Monday morning began on this day at 5:00 a.m. by getting up to stretch. I then preceded to do my weight exercises. After an hours workout, I had then taken my shower, thus getting ready before going out into the kitchen to eat breakfast. At 6:50 I had then returned to my bedroom to brush my teeth, I then preceded to clean my bathroom before doing my tongue stretch's. At 7:15 Kenen the dispatcher from United Wheelchair had called making sure that I was home and not at camp. I then grabbed my knapsack and lunch and off to therapy I went. Upon my arrival, Once I had put my lunch into my locker, I then went to the gym for my P.T. session with Dan. We first took a fifteen minute walk outside. Dan then took my blood pressure. 112 over 80. Dan then had me in the hallway side stepping as he had me stopping on a dime as I worked on my balance. Dan had made the comment, "Two years ago I would have had to use the gate belt Troy." Dan then had me walking heal to toe. Not once did Dan provide support. At 10:00 during poetry group We first shared our poems we had written over the week with Carina. We then listened to poems from a c.d. Susan had given Carina for our Poetry Group. "Poetry Out loud." What we got out of it was, Poetry improves written language, it trains emotional and written intelligence. Poetry helps inlarge humanity. It also helps master language and facial expression. It also helps improve the tome in your vice. Poetry is speech raised at its highest intensity. Nest week assignment is to write one or two free form flowing poems. Any style. At 11:00 I then made my way to the kitchens for baking basics. Today we made a chinese pie with Nichole. My job was to cook the hamburger and chopped the onions. We each then had some for lunch. Once I had finished eating, I had taken a shower. I then met with my case manager Piper who was filling in for Deb. During this time We worked on first signing releases so as to give Piper permission to speak to my parents, sister, and doctors when ever she needs to. We then deleted some email. At 2:00 I then left for home. I did not arrive home until 4:00. Once inside, I put on something comfortable before eating dinner. At 4:30 I then began to blog.
