Taking an amazing 13,437 steps today
My Tuesday morning began at 7:50 a.m. by going to the laundry room to start a load of laundry. After doing so, I had folded the laundry in the dryer, then I had put it away. At 8:15 I had then returned to the kitchen to eat my plate of fruit and to drink my hot cocoa. After doing so I had then toasted a bagel and fixed myself a bowl of cereal. At 8:50 I had then hung the laundry to dry outside. I then shaved before calling my grandmother to see how her day was going thus far. At 9:30 I then began to pack my knapsack with things to take to my Rang Pond on Thursday for a special event. My hardest thing when mingling amungst a group of people is the socialization. I never had this problem before my stroke. It is so weird the things I am finding out about myself as my recovery continues. At 9:47 I then sat down to fill my pill containers for the week ahead. After doing so, I then preceded to start the dishwasher. At 10:20 I then began to stretch. After doing so, I had began my weight workout. It is amazing, my fit bit shows that I had taken 13,437 steps so far today at 7:00p.m. and I walked 6.51 miles, amazing. At 11:00 I then went outside to stack some wood for an hour. I then went inside at noon to unload the dishwasher, thus putting the dish's away. After doing so I had taken a shower before eating lunch. I then lied down to rest at 1:00 and slept until 3:50, go figure. Once I was up, I had spoke to a friend on the telephone before jumping into the shower at 5:00. I then went to the kitchen to eat dinner. I then called my grandmother before sitting down to blog.
