Writing a limerick for poetry group

My Thursday morning began on this day at 9:00 a.m. by getting up and taking the sheets off my bed. I then brought my laundry to the laundry room to start a load of laundry. I then made my way to the kitchen to toast myself an english muffin and to fix myself a bowl of cereal. While I was waiting for my english muffin I had sipped my hot cocoa and at some fruit with dip. Once I had finished eating breakfast, I had picked up the kitchen before returning to my bedroom to brush my teeth and shave. At 9:55 I had then gone for a walk. As I was walking, I had come up with an idea for a limerick for Mondays assignment in poetry group. As I walk down the street, I find it hard to lift my feet, I do my best, without no rest, keeping up with the beat. At I had arrived back home at 10:30. After talking briefly on the telephone with my mother, I then I had started a load of laundry. At 10:45 I then took in a load of laundry that had been drying over night, before hanging out a load to dry. At 11:05 I had gone back inside to call my grandmother to see how her morning was going. At 11:11 I had taken my shower. After doing so I had returned to the laundry at 11:44 to start a load of darks. I then hung the load that was in the wash. Great drying day. Beautiful indeed. At 12:00 I then watched the news, while putting laundry away. At 12:30 I then had made myself a sandwich. While eating lunch, I had continued to watch news from 12:30-12:45. At 12:45 I then had brushed my teeth. At 12:50 I had hung another load of laundry to dry. I then jumped in the shower to cool down before laying down to rest. I had slept from 1:30-3:00 before getting up to take in some of the laundry. At 3:50 I then had dusted my bedroom before talking to a friend on the phone. I then pulled up my blog at 4:45 to input my daily entree.
