Bio feedback

My Monday morning bega at 12:00 a.m. by being awoken to not breathing. I then used my inhaler so as to help get myself under control. Once I started be able to breath I was able to relax and go back to sleep. I did so until 5:00 a.m. I then got out of bed so as to stretch. I first loosened my body by doing my stroke stretches. At 5:23 I then grabbed my weights so as to do my weight routine. At 5:30. Then did my back stretch’s. I had finished my morning workout at 5:42 before shaving and taking a shower. Once I was ready for the day ahead, I had gone into the main camp at 6:00 so as to eat some fruit before having a bowl of cereal with a toasted English muffin. At 6:50 I then returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth. Once I had my eye and nose drops in, I then took in some air. At 7:05 I then sat down to read while waiting for United Wheelchair to arrive. At 7:30 my ride arrived. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. Clark took me write into his office. He had let me know that this was his last day. He then showed me pictures of his stay here while interning. Climbing mount Washington and Tumble Down. He then spoke about Bio Feedback to help control my seizures. He then printed me off a copy of doctors at Main Medical Center that due this type of treatment. He was then letting me know that I just have to call the practionor without a referral. At 10:00 Steven had filled in for Jamie during a rehab session. He and I played a game of chess. At 11:00 during expressive arts Laura had us begin a butterfly art project. We firs selected a design to put on the canvas. We then chose buttons At 12:00 I then went to the lobby to meet my driver.  Had arrived at camp at 2:15. Once I had eaten my lunch, I then went to my camp so as to brush my teeth before laying down. I slept from 2:4-4:50 before waking. Once I had taken a shower, I then pulled up my blog.
