Coffee grounds for fertilizer
My Tuesday morning began at 4:30 a.m. by making my bed. At 4:40 I then began to do my stroke recovery streting. After doing so, I then went though my weight exercise routine once. I then did my back stretch’s before shaving. At 5:30 I then took my shower, thus continuing to get ready for the day ahead. Once I had put my eye and nose drops in, I then made my way into the main camp at 5:53. Once inside, I then sat down to eat some fruit before having a bowl of cereal and half a bagel toasted and blueberry muffin toasted. At 6:15 I then went back into my camp so as to brush my teeth. I then took in some air before meeting my ride at the top of the driveway. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 9:00 I had waited in the lobby so as to meet with Clark for counseling. I had showed home some pics that I had taken in the past of Christmas and other pics of me skiing etc. At 10:00 during recreational therapy, Tobie and I looked up on line about plant care. Coffee grounds are good to use for fertilizing tomato plants. She also was letting me know that Starbucks gives out free bags of leftover coffee grounds to use. At 11:00 I then went to the craft room for expressive arts. Today Michelle had us making a craft project. At 12:00 I then met my United Wheelchair driver in the lobby. I had arrived at camp at 2:00. It had taken ea little longer because we had to pick up a client in Jay to bring to the Franklin Memorial Hospital. Upon my arrival to camp at 2:00, I had eaten my lunch. I then went into my camp at 2:30 so as to brush my teeth before laying down to rest. I had slept until 4:00 before waking. I then took a shower before pulling up my blog.
