Focus Group

My Thursday morning began at 4:50 a.m. by getting out of bed so as to stretch. I had first began by doing the stretch’s that have helped me in my stroke recovery. I then focused my time on doing my weight exercises, thus working my upper body. I preceded to do my back stretch’s. At 5:30 I then shaved before taking my shower. At 5:30 I then put in my eye and nose drops before going into the main camp so as to eat some fruit. Once I had eaten my bowl of cereal with an English muffin, I then went back into my camp at 6:18 so as to brush my teeth. I then used my inhaler. Once United Wheelchair had arrived I was soon on my way. Upon my arrival to WestSide for 9:00 a.m. I had joined a focus group in the conference room. Paul the practice administrator had listened to clients concerns about the new changes that have taken place at Goodwill’s Neurorehabillitation services at WestSide. At 10:00 I then met with Kala. During the rehab session today, she had continued to help me organize my book that I am writing. My homework for next week is chapter “Who am I?” In this chapter I will be introducing to the reader how my life was before my last stroke in 2011, spending time with friends, my morning runs, working out at the ymca every morning, etc. At 11:00 during my rehab session with Jamie we first played a game of chess. Jamie is still learning, but making improvements each week. We then played the game Mancola. This is her speciality and a game that I am still learning how to play. At 12:00 United Wheelchair then took me home. I had arrived at camp at 1:20. I had put on a comfortable sweat suit before going into the main camp so as to eat lunch. My mother had warmed me up a bowl of soup. Once I had finished eating, I then returned to my camp so as to brush my teeth. At 1:52 I had layed down sleeping until 4:52. I then took a shower before eating dinner. I then went back into my camp so as to blog.
